Hmm, 4k for a stock FBE...I wonder how much for an FBF...was discussing this with a friend of mine, and chanced upon this topic here...if more than 4k that could be, well equivalent to buying an S4...

 

How can you compare FBF plate and S4 which is probably more than 10 yrs old?

I was just saying in general. Not an FBF plated S4.

I've seen some S4 selling at the Used Bike section even lower than the price of my Spark.

You wanna have a fair price comparison, the bike's age & engine capacity must be in the same range.

 

S4 that cost below $4k are those Ver S or Ver R or PB1 that are like 12-14 yrs old.

 

Cant compare that to a less than a year old Spark which have very little wear & tear parts.

Try looking around more. I think $4K can get stock FBE plate. I sold my stock FBE for $3.5k. That one members price ah. If possible look for stock bikes as modded ones, you wont know what else they mod for example the engine components which might create problems for you in the future.

 

Nice one. But im not a thug like the both of them and i would like it if you'd put me to wash bikes. :lol:

To the trained eye it can be spotted easily. It looks similar but you could try your luck if you want to.:cool:

Some of them sound way better than our Yoshimura's and a lot more louder too. Used to use one, wont be at ease while reading with the fear that either a TP or LTA might stop me. Bear that in mind.

Yes u can get it from across the causeway as mentioned and yes there will be that fear that u'll be issued a fine. But it still depends on luck. I know of someone who went for inspection and passed with that. Power wise i'd say forget it.

Ur yoshi was really loud. Even on idling. Make my trioval sound like stock exhaust. Sigh... hahaha
