Anyway, i went to W*** Y** yesterday, they said i have to change footrest if i want to convert into rear disc system. It that true, i'm using that footrest in the pic.

I hv seen MANY spanks still on STOCK footrest but with REAR BRAKE DISC conversion.. Its not necessary but if u wanna change then its ur choice..

Bro, thanks for your advice.

Of course this is the dream spank everybody dream about. If only i'm a rich man son than that's a possibility. This is like a Grade A spank, what i'm trying to achieve is like a Grade B- due to limited and tight budget. (Change the list for me? hahaha) That's why i have too many question, because we all know what's the best, just the in between is the hard part. I thank you for listing it all down, i saved it. Who knows, maybe if i win toto or 4d? :cheeky:

wow, who has done it before? some pictures would be nice :cheeky:

If you go to Msia, they sell the kit & Ive seen some Msians who work in SG using it. Besides, i fixed it on my old X1. So i dont see why you cant do it on a Spark.

How it looked like on my X1...

What is consider tight budget for you? Give some figures and what you want of your ride then maybe fellow riders here can assist.

Just for ya info

For all the bucks I've spent on my ride, I am only able to achieve a max comfortable cruising speed of 140km/hr on the stock meter. Every week from Bukit Batok to Tampines, Tampines to Bukit Batok. With and without my wife. And most importantly, I still get about 110km to 120km on a full tank of fuel.

Can i know changing the big bore will it cause damage to the engine? Cause after all is still a 135CC bike.

Big Bore is a process where you make changes to your Engine Block, Piston, Piston Ring. These are all part of components that make up your engine.

Hence I am unable to co-relate your question.

I think his question is about reliability... Well changing block and pistons to a larger size will cause heavier load on your con rod and bearings.... So keep that in mind... Something always got to give.... If you want a reliable engine, keep it to original spec's. Thats how it has been designed... Just my 2 cents
