How To Go Back?

I Fix At JB Then I Already At CCK On KJE When It Happened. In The End I Push To The Nearest Exit And Left It On The Pavement And Took Bus Home. Gonna Go Back Tmr And Push The Bike All The Way From CCK To Workshop At Bt Batok. Dun Want Tow Anymore. Waste Money. HAHAHA.

And Yeah It Was Damn Scary When It Happened. Especially With Big Trucks Behind Me. Luckily Never Fall Off And Superman To The Road. :cheeky:

Well The Thing Is Once Your Bike Feels Jerky, Quickly Clutch In So In Case Your Piston Jams & Locks The Rear Wheel, You Wont Fly & Kiss The Road!

I Usually Service At Motorlink Enterprise Then The Shop Got No Stock So Must Order But I Was In A Hurry So I Went To Another Shop. The One With A Small Boy Always At The Shop One. Hou Heng Motor Enterprise If I Not Wrong.

All I Have With Me Now Is Huge Regrets.

Anyone Experience This Before?

Got New Piston And Block In JB And Was On The Way Back Riding At Around 70km/h To Let The New Piston & Block Running In Then Suddenly Bike Becomes Jerky As Though Front Braking Is Applied Then Suddenly Hear Something Shattering In The Engine Then Bike Cannot KickStart Anymore.

So Whats The Problem?

Clutch Plates Shattered?

Pistom Jam?

Any Ideas?

piston jam.

did overhaul and regular servicing at his shop. but there's two branches along the lane. the one that i frequent is the one nearer to the entrance. yours is the one i believe to be somewhere near ah-boy.

its your luck. but be thankful that nothing happen to you.

The One Nearer To The Entrance Is His Brother's Shop.

Yeahh Im Grateful I Manage To Clutch In & Swerve To The Road Shoulder In Time.

But The Thing Is Ah, Its A New Piston & Block Seh.

From JB All The Way To Choa Chu Kang It Was Perfectly Fine. Haiyah.

might be a case of over-rev.

cos i remember not riding more than 50km/h on gear 4 after overhaul.

the speed is pathetic, but i rather play safe.

I Just Didnt Want To Tow It Back Because It Will Cost Me Alot And I Decided To Push It Back To JB Even If It Will Take Me Hours But He Offered To Help Me.

o.O wet cell sio... lol.. didn't know that ppl still wanna use wet cell.. tot all wan dry only, beside those bike that must use wet

Posted
yuasa bro.....:) but wet cell...not dry cell

woah, thats cheap la.

hua chin at bb charge 50plus include installation. and ya its the wet cell too cos they put in the liquid thingy.

something to be noted.

Posted

hey, all batt need to put in liquid when its brand new even for dry cell -_-

Posted

-_- coz those batt u buy already added the liquid when its product..

car and bike batt haven add, so it will not leak when storing...

when its going to install in car or bike den they add the liquid and den go charge...

the diff for dry and wet is that dry cell do not need to top up the water but the wet cell need to top up after some time(quite long)... go search about it in the web
