hmmm its possible to use K&N filter but you have to cut yr fairing (for x1 stock) look at the carb you will somehow understand wat i meant

I'm sick of being treated like a crash helmet I soften the fall but on the way down I always get hurt

From what i see is, for the cone filter, it'll be facing outwards, facing the rear part of the front wheel, but the disadvantage is, water will get in.. So is there any one of you guys who replaced the stock air filter "sponge" to an aftermarket one?

I wish you weren't my friend so i could stab you in the end.

dunno any1 went SPC but i went jurong east swimming complex there.. haha

but was with my phantom... i saw i few 125Z and saw ur bike there.. hahaha...

 

i was working at the hall there

used to does it counts? change yr carb to keihin la.. like wat AQL workers say " power of coz power sure make yr bike can fly"

Good morning guys/gals, Alrite guys not X1 related but in general.

 

My fren juz gotten a bike from a bikeshop, he paid in full cash, he collected the bike before the shop gave him the official letter of transfer and insurance(still in process). All he got it's the receipt from the bikeshop.

 

My question here is:

 

Is my fren even allowed to ride tat bike of his? Given tat all the documentations are still in process? I dont wan him to get into trouble.

by right, should be able, but to play safe, i think don't ride yet cause

 

1) if shop says documentation in process, but never do the documents, and your friend rode the bike and got stopped by tp, i don't think showing the receipt is sufficient if they can't find his insurance record.

 

2) when i bought my bike, the shop gave me something that acts as a "temporary insurance". meaning if stopped by tp, show that and i'll be safe.. but from what i recalled, it wasnt a receipt.. so yeah..

 

so if anything happen, and your friend argue, in eye of law, he'll still be at fault for riding without valid insurance.. correct me if im wrong. :thumb:
