Hi guys,

This is one observation i have with my phantom TA200 regarding engine oil.

I have been using the semi EO at ah khoon $13 + $2 top up with dunno what and I have been getting this loud pop sound from the exhaust(i call it farting) once in a month or so, so I don't really care about it. (plus ah khoon says it's normal)

A few months back, i lazy to go down to ah khoon just to change EO so I changed it at a bike shop near at Pasir Panjang, next to Fong Seng and cheeze prata. That shop ran out of semi EO, so got to pay $30 for the Mobil fully syn one. But hey, ever since then, NO MORE FARTING!!!

I don't believe, so recently changed back to the Semi+top-up-dunno-what at Ah Khoon. Yep, farting is back.

Just wondering if you guys have the same experience?

it's called backfiring ;-) common issue for ta200..

i see two possibilities.

1. needs different tuning for that semi eo

2. the top up.

I wonder will the engine suffer if you use a lousy EO and ignored the vibration to ride at 110km?
