we had christmas eve plan until 2am last night leh.. wah aalex u so xinfu.. now den wake up.. i morning 8am wake up for work liao leh.. wah piang.. now eye half close.. lol

Hi guy where can i get cheap fairings, 1 set of the rider seat fairings 2nd hand de also can and the small piece of fairings below the front wheel. it kinda hard to say but i put pic for better understanding / I a newbi to fireblade and thanks all guys for giving me advice > meery x' mas

Pull ups, push up, dips, running, hill runs, dumbells.....

 

Exercise and strength building need not pay money to enter or have specific location. Anywhere also can as long as the mind is fit.

 

Use own body weight to shape up like an atheletic instead of machines...

 

i guess i have to continue my running and my dumbells.

btw, those you mentioned, chest is trained by the push-ups. any other ways to train chest?

hmmm.....rode this morning halfway bike like ran out petrol in the end had to push abit to petrol station.....guess wat.....reach petrol station realised someone had turn my petrol intake knob to off.....wat an S!
