recommendations, stock foot rest or racing one. my current one is destroying my camp boots. like scraping the top layer away each time i up gear. the rubber protection like no more.

when will u wear it ? touring ?

No leh. Is using velcro type. Might be even easier to put on then some of the shoe lace type shoes.

Wear it for daily commute lor. If touring also can.

If you have this issue, you should get riding specific shoes or boots, they normally have another layer of leather sewn on the area where your foot touches the gear lever.

I think for racing footrest the footpeg will make your sole wear off faster. That's what I read on some of the forums, dunno true or not.

Oh yar, I just took my bike out. You guys can call me Goat from now on, coz I have to eat grass already. :cry:

Spent about 1.2k.:faint::faint::faint:

Changed wire harness, water pump, coolant, left side switch assembly, right side switch assembly, rectifier and 4-1 SS header...

One thing about the SS header, they are super duper low... No way to go over a hump without hitting it. Have to go to the side of the hump in order to go over.. Din know this man... :(

The headers ok lah, sounds more bassy even though I using "Stock" exhaust. I'll try to post the pics I took yesterday. Anyway just an update, I think I may be wrong, not all humps cannot go pass without hitting, apperently only ah beng's shop area all the humps so high. My house area the humps still can go pass without hitting. :cheeky: but is still very low, one thing to take note of bah. Also the stainless steel is good grade one. To test take a magnet and see if can stick to the header. Good grade stainless steel wun be able to stick to the magnet. Those lower grade steel or stainless steel plated ones can stick to the magnet. Of coz even the good grade one will have alittle bit of attaction to the magnet it is steel after all. :cheeky:

Oh and I did at Bikeworkz, price is 480.

And yar these are 4-1-1 headers, I am pretty sure I lost my pick-up, dunno is me or not. :cheeky: Think I'll be changing to 520 sprockets to compensate.

join us tonight for cheaper petrol and food in the neighbourhood country?

Passport problem leh. Dunno can go thru. Anyway tonight got plans lioz. :cheeky:

Anyway bro, your bike you bought from a Malay rider rite?
