I think I have a set of footrest at home, you want I sell you for 10 but dun have the pins etc, just the footrest. :)

Ya ya is chain size, but normally ppl say 520 conversion kit (sprocket and chain) ... :cheeky:

 

Anyway is not legal I think, but beng say inspection sure pass one... Dunno see how lor...

 

Oh yar, you that boots wearing off problem hor, why not you change the rubber at the gear lever? Cheap only mah, think will help.... :)

Changed wire harness, water pump, coolant, left side switch assembly, right side switch assembly, rectifier and 4-1 SS header...

 

One thing about the SS header, they are super duper low... No way to go over a hump without hitting it. Have to go to the side of the hump in order to go over.. Din know this man... :(

Harness is 320, rectifier I forgot leh...:cheeky: think 60 or 70 bah. Anyway I more happy to have changed the Harness... Best thing I changed ever...:thumb: No more headache with the electrics...:angel:

The headers ok lah, sounds more bassy even though I using "Stock" exhaust. I'll try to post the pics I took yesterday. Anyway just an update, I think I may be wrong, not all humps cannot go pass without hitting, apperently only ah beng's shop area all the humps so high. My house area the humps still can go pass without hitting. :cheeky: but is still very low, one thing to take note of bah. Also the stainless steel is good grade one. To test take a magnet and see if can stick to the header. Good grade stainless steel wun be able to stick to the magnet. Those lower grade steel or stainless steel plated ones can stick to the magnet. Of coz even the good grade one will have alittle bit of attaction to the magnet it is steel after all. :cheeky:

 

Oh and I did at Bikeworkz, price is 480.

Lost pickup? You sure? Then how about other performance? From gear six don't drop gear leh? Can feel anything?

anyone can help me with tire pressure? like front how much and rear how much. does size of tire and weight of rider matters?

hmm.. 33psi cold or hot? cos i've searched it on google and some sites those riders using like 25psi cold.

and some state that their front pressure is higher than their rear!

 

btw i've read somebody saying that if change to 160/60 will affect abit on the alignment with the front tire. heard before anything like that?

Got difference..:angel:

 

My harness gives me louder horn, brighter lights and signal, the fan spins faster, the bike starts easily.

 

My header give me the bassy sound, which I am kinda starting to like. But I feel the response from 1-4k rpm not that good after 5k rpm then response is very good. I'm guessing it's coz of the 4-1 headers...

 

I wonder if this pipe can slip on or not... :lol:
