Ya ya. One of the fireblade bro, crowbar84, give good feedback abt it. So I itchy hand go buy and try... :cheeky:

But really good sia the response, can say is a little like race CDI... :angel: Anyway I just buy as spare, worst case the CDI spoil then I use back my stock one.... :cheeky:

u mean got swich for the blue and white light ?

 

Should be N and L model... got headlight switch... switch position is like off > pole light > pole light and headlight...

Yes i have switch for pole light and pole light + headlight. So normally i on pole light only as pole + headlight = waste electricity,on only when see something amiss. Btw mine is a 'N' model . @New blader : you can alway go to motor diam to configure your switch to your own preference,just take out or add wire only if i not wrong.

hi guys, anyone know how much to replace engine case (left hand side) and leaks for cbr400? leak was under the bike near the left engine cover, i believe the previous owner skidded before..

Cheap + fast = no good

Cheap + good = not fast

Good + fast = not cheap

I change before both sides, left side is cheaper, can't remember exact price but sure less then $100. Right side then is more expensive think I changed that time was 160 like that. Anyway for left side u can change super 4 cover is cheaper also... Can't rem the model think is ver s....

 

Btw best u bring to a good shop to check, maybe just gasket leak. :)

thanks for the info! just checking around for prices cos viewed once cbr400 recently and it looked like skidded before....

btw, ytd damn scary. duno y sudden when wanna move off, plus it was raining, my rear wheel just suddenly locked. i didnt press ani brake nor hit to neutral gear. den i was like drifting left n right for a few distance. macham like doing stunt. but heng, no fall.

haha....long story....sold cbr due to work reasons, bought a gts 200 for its usefulness for my work but had just too many mechanical problems so sold it for this s4 with side boxes just perfect for my work and perhaps touring in future?

Hi all.... where can i get windshield for cbr4...? are there various choices or is there onli stock windshield for us...? juz broke mine... =((

 

ah boy got sell ar....u can buy bubble ones if u want but sometimes have to re-hole the thing urself

Found out what happen? Better to check it out so it wun happen again... Many years back on my way to motorshop felt like suddenly bike no power... Since already go shop just kept riding... then when I reach the shop smelll like something burning... Then realised my rear wheel locked due to my rear master cylinder piston jammed... :help: The brake fluid inside was boiling... when the mechanic opened the bleed nut got pressurized steam come out sia... :faint:

traded it to the shop for the gts....shop took in 2.2k but i know its sold shortly after it was given to the shop though i dunno who haha....

juz checked wit motoworld.... ordering from MRA will take 3-4 MONTHS to reach.... :(

 

Order online will take about 2 weeks nia... But not worth lah... you buy the cheap one from ah boy or expensive one from MRA if something happen sure break one...

Might as well go for the cheap one... :cheeky:
