hi i juz brought a R model but jux found out that my oil tank inside is rusty ,,how much to clear the rust :cry:

 

and my gear hard to kick in to nuetral and hard to up down gear,,,izzit clutch plate problem,,how much to fix...

 

any kind soul to reply me? :cheer:

some shop will cut open yr tank..

and clear the rust then weld back..

but bad point is the workmanship may be poor, resulting in leakage..

most pple rather change the fuel filter regularly or add addition fuel filter.

try change yr engine oil and the clutch freeplay 1st..

if really cannot, then maybe is the clutch plate..

yes for slider must drill hole. Fuel wise will be ard s$29 +- for full tank. Mileage os ard 300 without reserve. This is wht is from my blade..:cheer:

clutch plate 120-150 (if i never remember wrong)

can go planet or bikewerkz to change.

hi. sry for repeated qns, wads the most recommended 4t to use? spark plug? and also does cbr have racing rootrest? how much does it cost, where can i find it? thx!

I am using motul 20w50 semi syn. Was told by bikewerkz jospeh that thicker oil is better for bike like ours which are so old.

 

you can choose the plugs like iridium which will have more power feeling or factory recommanded plugs for normal riding.

 

i do not know anything about racing footrest.

the clutch spring still use back the old ones..

and one piece of gasket for the engine cover..

7 friction plates plus 6 plain plates plus gasket and labour only $110 ...

yoz broz.. juz wanna check izzt neccesary to add a fan to e raditor for CBR? mine is L model and dun cm wif a fan.. and hw much will it cost roughly? -spx69

anyone here now riding cbr 400 rr F* 2735? its my former bike. never did i seen it on the road. kenna miss it. :cheer: :cheer:
