Anyone knw why so hard to shift gears ah? also hard to hit neutral?

I just change fully maxima E.O only used for 700km only lei =.=

clutch plate must change le?

2006-2007 - Honda Nsr sp FS 282*R ( Sold)

2007-2013 - Honda cbr 400 FM 990*R (Scrapped)

2011- Current - Suzuki Swift 1.5M

lol ytd went to solve my oil seal problem.. hais troublesome sia.. last 3weeks change clutch plates, open e casing.. now cos of e small oil seal need open again, scare e gasket will spoil cos nv change new one, waste so much timee :angry:
never notice this reply. gd to know problem solved.

in sg, sound fast look fast is enough. run fast fine fast die fast.

throw clutch at gear 1 will roll alot then die off? clutch slip? high rpm low speed?

in sg, sound fast look fast is enough. run fast fine fast die fast.

not realli throw clutch jerk stall. rpm speed still same. B4 change E.O still okay. Suspect is clutch cable or clutch plates? can anyone comfirm? tks.

guys, wat spark plug size we used 4 fireblade?

Hi blade Spark plug size is CR8EH-9 standard or CR8EHIX-9 Iridium. Thats for NGK Plug

 

For Denso its U24FER-9 standard. :thumb:

try spraying some WD 40 at the 'joint' there..

go to ur most trusted mech. can be clutch springs, metal and lastly plates. dun think is clutch cable.

You should check on your clutch cable. See whether has it been snapped along the way. i ve expereinced it. Check on neutral switch too its near the side stand. Finally the clutch friction plate. Thickness. and springs. Race springs will last. Depending on usage.

THe clutchs springs or metal exp?

 

friction plates are something that has to be changed as a set. Also along with the plain plates. All as a set. would cost close to $200. For springs im not sure of its lifespan.

a lot... fan spoil.. buy thermostat. oil filther, carbrator wash.. then dun noe wat screws spoil ... one small one cost me $19 liao.. total got 4 spoil... small small parts which are major all need to be replaced. settings was done... coolant also problem before i repaired. overheat .. white smoke come out from the coolant cap.

 

i just bought for 1 mth... ccb... the shop... in ubi... never do for me..when i push back for service.. somemore was left there for so Called REPAIR.

 

lan jiao la... say ok liao.... but when i go down to collect, then they start to do... CAN MOVE CAN LIAO RITE?.... coz one of the reasons why i sent for repair, because engine stalled, and cannot start..

lol.. who says?? i spent 1.5k within 2mths until now. REPAIR until beyond repair. hahaaa... old bike must slowly fork out $ n do when got spare, after everything done, it will prove u wrong. e smooth performance it gives its more statisfy den 'pcc' (*.*)

Yeah, when i 1st got my bike till... Been riding for about 1yr and 4months....

 

I spend about 1.7k... Just for repairs oni... Haven count maintainence yet leh...

 

Its like that de lah, old bike mah...

hmmm.. seems like i'm considered lucky liao.. riding for 1yr and i only repaired the thermostat.. in other words, the condition of the bike i bought was gd.. guess must give credit to the shop who sold me the bike.. it was properly done up for me.. but i might be parting with my baby blade at the end of the yr if i decide to upgrade..
