Thanks For The Infor Bro.. But If I Just Chg My Piston And Do Nothing To my Bloc, Is it Ok? I mean My Bloc Has Already Scratches.. Is There Anyway To Save The Bloc?

 

just for your info...

a lot of people use nano ceramic coating namely Xado or whatever...

the use of it is to cover the scratched part with nano ceramic tech, with the high heat and preasure from working piston, the nano ceramic particels are hardening and cover the missing part.

 

the testimonials very impressing, most of them said it's working hehehe...

the block becames smoother

mine even just repair at asphoon last tuesday still leakin'..they charged me 40bucks and still there's e leakin'..

they really cheat my money sia.

bro 1.5 rpm is good/recommended/best..what happened...keep dying off? did you warm up your bike before you move off?

 

leaked? any holes in the container? did you filled too much till it overflowed?

chill uh...find the problem slowly then you go shop rectify..don't ask mech to do the checking all the time..

Hmm..Thats the tyre im using currently..But the tyre keep skidding when i turn at BKE-SLE exit..Any ideas?

 

hmmm...battlax is known for sticking on the roads dry & even on wet conditions...

 

old tyres? check the depth of the threads bro..don't tio self skid like me twice for being stubborn lol..

 

are the tyres new? if so...the wax on the tyres are still on them..not recommended to try cornering for new tyres....

 

well if still skid...try the entering corners slow..exiting fast...while cornering we need traction to reduces the chance of skidding..so must maintain throttle or open abit more...

 

just 5 cents worth from a p-plate. lol

go change your spark plug... because if the idling is 1.5 and it still die off then it mean spark plug... thats all... i always kena when i wash my bike... my spark plug wet...

overhaul done at $700. Including block,spark plug,inspection etc... i want to ask you guys is it normal when just overhaul, the engine like to stalled in the beginning? the sound of the engine like "boring2"? All this is because of just overhaul or ???? AND any of you got extra bubble? can sell??

tyres also got made in diff country... thailand product, not recommended... btw 19th july, which is this month the tzm club, going to track day to see some tzm play... come join us... it will be fun... n trust me, u will learn alot... n i mean alot about tzm... hahaha... i overhaul twice in 6 to 8 months in singapore n its useless... they barely know what they doing... if u want to go in singapore, recommended KnT at ubi... or First Motor at ubi also... but if u really really want, jb the best... overhaul not so ex and u can even learn as u overhaul... dont need to change everything, what mustbe changed then change... setting is also important... n use all original... if u overhaul in singapore, they will use local parts... example, local parts cost $100 singapore if u go to jb with the $100 singapore cash u can get an original part...

where u overhaul..? firstly your block still new so its alittle ok la... but my advice, warm up your bike before u ride... block still new, so must love the block alittle ah... most probably your idling or spark plug...

when u speed, was the bike hot..? i think its just piston sieze... not jam... seize still can but canot go fasadt....

haha..... i think i last time was same like u .....tat time i was trying to speed up then suddenly all engine cut off ... after tat still can using kik start after tat once u stop n stop turning throttle it will mati engine again.... then after tat kick start is no use nid to use push(in 1st gear n press clucth)............ then engine sound is dam pelik.......but i stop for the tzm 2 days then no problem again....some 1 say piston broke...some 1 say pwr valve .... some1 say icd rosak...

If ur scratch is deep have to change to a new block. If the scratch is below the exhaust port that level u can still use but it's not advisable. If the scratch is above the excause port, den get ready $$$ for new block.

It's not supposed to be like that.. Go back to ur mech and check ur carb.

Jam and seize is the same thing. It's due to overheating. When u don't have enought 2t to lubricate or when u don't have a proper cooling system it happens. That's why the piston melts and sticks to the cylinder wall and u get the deep scratches u get from piston jams/seize.

 

 

Best if u have scratches on ur block, go get a new one. TZM very manja. Need a lot of attention and $$$. Fast but sensitive.

no ahh..like when at traffic stop or when i brakin' to a stop, e rpm like goes 1.5 and feels like e engine dyin'..

 

 

no.i have not filled e 2t oil tube since i collected it back from repair.and even if i fill e 2t oil tube, i never fill em full, only like less half full.i did not wash it either.and e carpark floor i parked my bike at, always got 2toil stain.

do y'all have these probs?

Before u park, trace back and clean the area where u think it's leaking. Then leave it for a while and see if it's still leaking, then u know where the leak is coming from. If it's coming from the 2t pump area, maybe ur tube stretch already or least likely but ur 2t pump gasket leaking.

erm... tat time i think is nt so hot ler.... but tat is the prob y it auto cut off and once stop open throtle it will die ... after tati take to service nw ok alredy but donno when at high speed izzit stil hav prob o not

hie bro..its nothing to do with spark plug..hmm ur carburator below part got half oval shape cap..u unscrew the cap and throw away the petrol which mix up with water..ur bike will get back to normal..
