alamak,my friend sellin...never used b4.y2 but i ask him,he say buy in malaysia....better dun.malaysia famous 4 so called ORIGINAL TZM PARTS....better dun lah...i thougt his 1 is bought in spore....

Guys,

 

How often do you decarbonise your TZM head and/or exhaust?

 

Mine over 6 months never do... Any effect?

 

 

 

Also, how often do you have to change your fibre? Mine after 2 weeks would need to be refilled liao... Is this normal?

RGV/RS250 and PGM can buy... Rest, don't even think about it. Try getting 2 strokes bike more then 250cc lor... Although its quite rare... can try looking around...

actually before i change to rvf, my intention was to get rd 350. i wanted to continue with the ypvs.

 

rd350 parts can get online. and trust me, u spend bucks, and this bike is unbeatable. it was used for drag races those days. how often u hear of someone using pgm or rvf for drag, only track.

 

i think with some tweaking and fiberglass, this bike can look like an R1

RD350 pickup real fast... If it was to race with walter wolf... ever gear of walter wolf need to wheelie to overtake rd... where it is quite dangerous.

this was a design i was working on before selling my tzm.

 

totally designed by me. done in ref with YZR M1 seater.

for tzm case, must alter the subframe as it is welded. i was very sure that i would have been the only 1 with a seater like that.

 

the solid colors are the new subframe

Just mod my machine which I am really very happy with the result.

 

1) Exhaust fully system mod

2) Tailor-To-Make Silencer with special material mod

3) Piston (Machining to reduce run-in)

4) Block porting

5) Reel valve (boyseen)

6) Denso Iridium

7) Block Header

8) Fully Tune.

 

keke... even with pillion... power is there... The sound is not very apparent but sounds like pgm when moving off... Overall quite satisified with the outcome.

Carburetor no need to mod...

 

And did not increase pilot jet. Rest increased.

I found the block header liao... Original from Japan Y1... Cost 160... without ring gaskets.

BIG???

 

Unless you change to mito fairings... Brighter paintwork gives a first impression to be bigger bike... That is my personal opinion nia.

Anyways, anyone ever done radiator repair before? I not sure if my hose or radiator is leaking... there was a pool of coolant under my bike when i parked it at work... and confirmed it came from my bike...

If you are using the full set of brembo brake like the brake pump and brake disc... the effectiveness will be there... but just merely using the brake pad has no effect... I would say the same as normal brake pad...

You mean the mod price? If yes... Workmanship cost about 120 for pipe (full remove those thingies, no hanky panky job)... The pipe silencer cost 120 (tailor to make)... Which including the slight block portting which I think is acceptable then outside charges can cost up to 300 plus.

what the silencer does for the machine? is it to produce a better sound for the bike? like those we hear in moto gp?

Better power... And he knows how to design a powerful silencer and also, not giving unnecessary attention.

 

Tried before chamber pipe... not too bad... good pickup... but no top speed. AHM.. Never try before... so unble to provide details and performance of it.
