then u know how to make the tzm produce a 'one-of-a-kind' sound like those we hear in motogp? i saw someone sprint in my neighbourhood with his bike producing that sound. not sure wat bike that was.... :cheeky:

i would really suggest to u to use the standard spark plug rather than irdium. tzm piston quite soft and the plug puts a hole in no time

Just mod my machine which I am really very happy with the result.

 

1) Exhaust fully system mod

2) Tailor-To-Make Silencer with special material mod

3) Piston (Machining to reduce run-in)

4) Block porting

5) Reel valve (boyseen)

6) Denso Iridium

7) Block Header

8) Fully Tune.

 

keke... even with pillion... power is there... The sound is not very apparent but sounds like pgm when moving off... Overall quite satisified with the outcome

 

 

 

so tried its top speed already???

mine is in e process to make as a jackpot bike.....

Yes... Heard before from a mechanic saying that using standard spark plug for tzm is good enough but... was told its ok... so better to heed this advise. Errmmm... I mean like what you said.

hello guys~~i would like to ask u ppl here whether u guys got this problem...haf to pull down choke, leave it for 5 mins then engine die off else it will die of~~cant start without the choke on~~then another thing is that, to move of, haf to blow blow and apparently its setting at high rev...anyone knows where to do low rev setting ?? mine is running in..i juz need to ride a bike as normal as possible and not going at high rev speed to make it smooth~~thankx ppl !!!

high rev setting good mah 4 high speed...if still runnin in,juz go back 2 the shop ask them to tune back,say that u 1 2 ride normally....juz tune back ok....no worry....:smile:

Just decarbonised my bike today... RM45...

 

Makes a whole lotta difference.... Faster pickup, better response etc etc etc.....

 

Just thought i shld share this cos i never got any reply when i asked if its necessary to do decarbonise of the exhaust...

 

Btw there was another bike that was there and the exhaust was almost totally choked... so you can imagine how much carban there was... hehehhe

Wash Carburetor (thoroughly with those jetting pins), Wash Piston (Maybe, See Mechanic 1), Wash Block, Change Plug (Your Cost), Flush Coolant (You choose), Flush 2T (You choose), Black Oil (Your Cost), Tuning & Test.

stuff like decarbonizing chamber, polish block, clean piston can be done like 6mths. stuff like washing carb, can be done by urself. u can use petrol from ur tank or by a carb cleaner(comes in a can) from diy shops.

 

coolant and black oil(gear oil) can be changed like 10000-15000km. if u know, the black oil has nothing to do with the piston in 2 stroke engines unlike 4 stroke engines. they are just for lubricating the gears and bearings. tuning can be done in any shop.

 

best is tuning done by urself. as u r the one who is gonna ride
