how to noe whether when u open throttle ur valve open??? niwae yesterdae i lost my key

lucky nv handle lock.. so my fren suggest pull out the ignition wire to start the bike..

yes can start.. so from bukit batok to jb i ride wif 60kmh.. will the valve have problem?? coz a fren sae tzm valve uses battery to open n close..

hi guys, i was cleaning my bike and noticed a few things that i think are abit .. not right.

 

1. i unscrewed the end of the exhaust and pulled out this long thing it was like some cylinder inside that is full of holes, issit normal? and like alot of wool-like material surrounding it which is black i suppose from all the exhaust gases.

 

2. the top part of my chain is rubbing on some plasticky thing that has like melted abit where it's rubbing against the chain.

 

last of all just wanna ask where can i find a tzm pro to help service/restore the bike as i really like it so far..

the lesser the holes, properly aligned = internal silencer...weeeee tp loves you

full of holes = standard silencer tp ignore you..

 

the chain thinggy is normal..you can clean in with wd40 to remove the grime to keep your chain healthy and clean =]..

the valve open when you feel the sudden urge in power and the bike feels damn light...usually happens after 7 rpm..some less..7 is the usual...

 

tzm valve uses the battery..yup...the servor motor...the 'eeeee,eeeeee' robotic sound is part of the valve..that working well..valve shaft no problem..you don't have to worry and can piat away

 

if your battery is weak, valve cannot open full and power is lost...force it to open harder and you risk it all...

 

only way to love tzm is to love the whole valve system. lol

i din realise my m was on fire.. i tot it was the big bike infront of me..when i looked down..i saw fire in my fairing..haha thats a clothes stuck in my fairing..n i guess it heater up..so bro..if u find ur clothe missing from ur head..double check ur fairing..make sure there issnt any clothe...welll... where can i get tzm fairing?how much? 1st hand n the second hand one... n bro any lobang to mould like r6? really interested...

hi guys... got an issue with my M.... just now when i want to ride my bike home, i started the bike up as usual. After moving off, i realized that my bike got louder n no pickup. I need to change gears later than usual to gain speed. N my rpm goes up the slowest in the 5k-6k range. Speed wise, around the same speed i get b4 this problem according to the rpm im at. Only thing is i need to open throttle more to reach those speeds . Do i have a problem with my setting? If so, any1 staying in the west area that can help me redo the setting? Cash-strapped right nw.... anyway been riding M for 1.5 yrs nw... first time got this problem. TIA...
