when u pull a clutch..

u still can hear the sound or it's gone??

 

if gone..

maybe you housing clutch is loose...

u need to rivet it or change housing clutch...

 

also..

bearing rod or crank case bearing..

a lot of aspect hv to be taken seriously..

if your piston ring hv a prob..

your smoke is much more than before...

 

my advice..

try to solve or think a minor problem before u go for a major problem...

when clutch is pulled. a smaller sound came out. More like a small ball shaking moving because of vibration. Only when i throttle did the 'loose metal' sound came out. Irritating sound. In tt case maybe not piston ring cause my smoke still the same. Clutch housing? hmmm.. sounds expensive..

throttle got this groakkk groak groaning sound once in a while. Den just now tried only max 110!!!! ahhhh !!! ever tried at least 160 and it use to work fine. Help !!

Hi guys....Need your help....Bought my tzm for almost 2 mnths at bukit merah lane...Got lots of probs...Furthermore, i kena accident...damn suay!!!

My radiator leaking,when stationery 4 a while will leak out coolant one!!!

The mech say my carb dirty,need to clean...

I clean it at m'sia n den found out alot of probs...

He said my 'something' broke;it aids to go more than 100..

so instead of a normal servicing,kena pay lyk rm$250 4 it!!

Rm$85 for tt 'Something', the other on servicing plus i tink he change my spark plugs n other stuff...

Luckily got my fren...Lend frm them..

Funny thing is, my radiator still leaking!!!

Anyone know how much $$$ to repair it??

Some more pay downpayment for my repairs to my motodiam...N still got probs!!!!!Also,how much for adjusting my alignment???

Better faster repair your radiator if you are confident that the radiator is leaking. So far, do not know how much it costs because never did it before. As for alighment, you mean steering cone bearings? Your handle bar is too tight to turn? Or free hands at 60km/h it trembles badly (turning to another side)?

Yah,very hard when turning...i suspect its the cone bearing....Coz got change it already,when i bought it...Or so the mech says...Noe roughly how much it costs???Can recomend any motodiam dat can do my radiator n alignment without worrying abt the quality of their service??

First motor @ ubi...

 

If you have changed before... maybe the bearings were not placed properly... Need to realign again. Amount for the full set bearings... I forgot the amount liao.

 

Radiator need to see whether is repairable liao loh.

85 ringgit for dat "something" i think is 1 set of the powervalve. i got asked ard before... i asked for japan made, original. den one quote 85, one quote 60, the 85 one say maybe dat 60 ringgit shop one is chiong wan. dunnow which to believe sia.

piston jam... Wooohooooo! shiok sia. -_-! i already suspected something was amiss, wanted to go for servicing at jb to find out the opinon of other ppl, be it fake or not. at least i cld get a lead on something. but then piston had to jam.

my baby cured!! went to hkl 2dae and tt guys say got this thing (like flower petal) to the right side of the PV. This thing is the one tt when u on the ignition, it will move about. haha. change 1 whole set. 130 plus they change for me spark plug. HOHO, number 8 can?? wakaka.. I can feel its POWER AGAIN !!! But the 'bobok' like when i 1st took out the bike. I think need to adjust the timing liao. haiz.. cheers people !!

I think tats the powervalve ah? The pulley izzit to make the valve move...Is it black in colour.... aneway wat they change ah... the rod and everything ah

ah yah the 'pulley system' !! when they took it out it was like charred beyond recognition. inside there got rod rite? tt thing oso need to change cos wear and tear. pully = 40 (18 + 22 workmanship). rod set = 95. Altogether i got 130 plus a spark plug change. Love hkl. haha. Albert saw me go there. Thier face abit stoing.. Weeeeeeee.

but jus to console you guys...my fren bought his phantom, Fs plate 1 yr back..... $4200 otr. no need say who you guys also know la...alot of prob somemore....bawhwha..

 

i told him his phantom one and only in sg....pay so much for it..anyway he enjoying every bit of it now..every now and then try to race a S4...crazy fellow...but i love to be his pillion....so shiok!!!! not like aprilia pillion....tiring man...today my hip bone cramp....gosh
