i work and stay at singapore.under work permit,

can i buy bike from malaysia ride in singapore?

need to pay any fee?

y not u ride your malaysia bike over to SG? isn't it cheaper than buying one from SG? no COE, less road tax, little insurance... so many advantages over to owning a SG bike?

 

we SGeans diff la... we have no choice...

malaysians with vehicle enter SGP gotta pay.. for car i think is $30 per day(i forget..) bike not sure hw many dollar..

wah.cool ,mon-fri $4 per day,sat /sun and PH free,and one year got 14 days free somemore,i just call JB and check honda wave x RM 5000 is it cheaper than SG?

for parking in hdb carpark, it's ard $17... but i duno if MY vehicles can buy or not lei... kindly check it out at the hdb town council or call them up by looking for the number in hdb.gov.sg...

 

but, i nvr seen any MY bikes ever park in the hdb carparks i come across...

eh.. wait a minute. that is if you shuttle back to and fro jb. but if you just bring in the bike and put it in singapore, i think there's nothing much to pay. as you have paid that $4 at the checkpoint right? so, if you work and stay here, there's nothing much to pay unless you went back to jb. and to buy season parking, you need to be a resident of the housing estate. so, if you rent a room or something, is it still possible to get season parking?

u mean the $4 u paying covers everything including parking? if you mean this bro, i think it should not be ba... $4 only covers you for the entrance fee & erp fees i think...

 

for season parking, i would suggest better check it out with the hdb town council ppl to avoid confusion ba...

the vep is $4 per day...so if you stay in singapore, then it would add up still when you leave isn't it?

its cheaper to buy sg plate.. imagine $4 per day, 1wk = $20, 1yr =52wks = $1040!!!!

 

u ride 4-5yrs u can buy another kup.... lol...

ohh... if that adds up, i will certainly recommend you to get a 2nd hand singapore bike instead. as 1 year of paying VEP can more than cover the road tax, insurance and COE(divided by 10 years) over here.
