snowman (or woman) perhaps many riders here already have a car to begin with... or maybe a second bike for daily transport...

 

besides for the same amount, you can only get a super normal car.. just good for transport.. nothing to shout about...

whereas with the same amount, on a Ducati.... its almost the loudest statement you can make on 2 wheels.

 

Me personally, was just to fulfill my childhood dream of 15 years ago.... and to rekindle my love for 2 wheels...

Freaking bored stuck in a cage during jams when I know I could have been the rider that just pass by........

 

Bro, am in the same plight as you contemplating should i wait for the new shipment 2011 1198 or current model.

Just curious. Ducati SG doesnt bring in the 1198 R model? Some friends went down to view recently, but they were too awed by the 848 Black. Seems to give the best value for money when u're looking for affordabilty and WOW factor of owning an exotic bike.

Not only Ducati... you have to be careful when you ride any superbikes in. It might be gone in 60s !

the weekend is the moto gp round @ sepang , as is traditionally a annual thing , docs is arranging a meet up with a difference!

they manage to squeeze minerva for a free dinner plus some kind sponsor lucky draw!

i won a $300 insurance voucher,a mate got himself an agv helmets&also cinema ticket,how about dat!

and dis year is a bit special where for the 1st time ducati is having a asian ducati week.

8 bikes make it on friday 10am,another meet up on sat 9am.

 

 

fast forward to concorde hotel , jalan sultan ismail,we already got some attention from the crowd , local or otherwise.

anyone good at pasting tank protector? just bought mine! how to do alightment? all previous bike using tank bra, so no experience!

Not only Ducati... you have to be careful when you ride any superbikes in. It might be gone in 60s !

 

my oakleys were gone in 10 seconds i was checking out at hotel counter...sigh...lucky my helmet and bag not gone too, otherwise no passport will have to do "river crossing" at second link to go home...

Just do it ! The more you hesitate the more likely you'll screw up.

no special skills required with the tank pad, juz make sure surface to paste on is free from dirt n oils and align it so that it looks roughly in the right spot...no need to measure with laser to position it properly coz noone will notice it anyways....

was a bad weekend all round,a couple of life wasted!

mentioned earlier abt the fate of the local mp & now dis......................

Twelve people, including three women, were killed and more than 50 others injured in an accident involving two buses,three cars and a van at Km223 of the North-South Expressway, near the Pedas toll plaza, yesterday.

lucky to make it home!!!!!!!!

 

*ps-'ve u guys got a good place for the meet up dis weekend(sunday)

i'm looking for suggestion,if not we meet @ macdonald west coast , ride down to old changi hospital for some spooky shots than cool down @ dis cafe,where we can park our bike right in front of ur nose!!!!!!!
