what are these for ?NIB Rizoma Fluid Tank (CT025R)

clutch or brake?

what bikes are these for?

its for the clutch reservoir... the front brake uses a bigger fluid tank.

for m1100, streetfighter, etc....

m796, 696 uses the coffin type reservoir with master cylinder...

Hi there some question need advise. Currently my bike is under hire purchase from a motor shop. My insurance need to renew soon. However I have receive a letter from my motor shop to buy insurance from them or else the bank may impose a full settlement with me...if i did not get it from them...Is that true?

Is it true that we must buy from the same motorshop? (note:I am getting the same policy which cover my bike from other insurance agency). Cos previously I have ask for a quote from other insurance agency compare to my motorshop is much more cheaper. However the coverage is the same.

Please advise...anyway my bike shop is D* X**g Motor at Ubi...

Hi fellow Ryder, may I ask if there's a big difference between 2008 848 & current 848 evo?

Am considering one, but is dry clutch tend to wear prematurely? Primarily using for transport any advise?

bike is a machine without soul, rider would inject new life and character to this machine

There is not much diff from 848 evo and e previous version of 848. E evo has a steering damper n i think slightly better specs..more hp etc etc than previous 848...btw all 848 are wet clutch and servicing wise is similar to jap bikes..hope that helps

hi, im new here with the 848 evo. is it safe to be fitted with the termig full sys, or should i consider buying and changing back to full oem exhaust. thank you. =D

Safe? Nowadays you cannot even park ur bike without the LTA checking out ur bike. Safe ur money for RWS, at least u stand a chance with ur gamble

buying a ducati, no tuning back. Ditch the stock cans, go for full akra or termignoni or hell, even doubledog. As Yammy has pointed out, it's a gamble but there are still some winners amongst the losers. Life is short, take a gamble and live life excitingly. What's the worst that could happen? Just 1 month of installments. ;)

For what its worth though, save the money, go stock cans or get G&G exhausts which look almost identical to stock then do a dry clutch conversion, get a quickshifter, upgrade that suspe.... it's never ending. Good luck.:thumb:

thanks for the advice guys.. so many things to change, so tempting. i think i'll think for awhile about the exhaust. the consequence is just troublesome. =]

I do not think that there should be a clause that you purchase insurance from de xing. The bank has no contract with the owner in regards to any motor matters. I believe this is the case where the shop is looking to cover its overhead.

What irks me was how the vehicle inspection centre chap deliberately tried to find fault with my stock and fresh HM when I went for inspection/assessment after installation of the approved Termi Twins. After rebutting his every nitpick, I politely reminded him that I was only there for the exhaust inspection on my otherwise stock bike.

Not sure if this had been raised previously, but I have seen a LTA letter reminding a bike owner that his rearsets were not street legal, and he had to fit one that was legal and reinspected. In addition, there have been rumours that aftermarket levers are in the process of being deemed non-legal by the authorities, and some friends of biker friends have been stopped by LTA while on the road to undergo close scrutiny of their bikes. Can anyone confirm any of the above?

Hi, recently i face this problem on my 1098s, when im at track, i downshift before entering a corner. The weird thing is after i down shift, the rev just stays at 4k rpm. As though my slipper clutch wont disengage. After i twist my throttle only then the slipper clutch will disengage. Ive rebleed my clutch recently.

Any inputs guys?
