Might want to try putting a rose on the handlebars to attract Malaysian Yamaha racing cubs. (Charm + 1)

Press F1 to deploy attack cub to lead lanesplitting convoy :D

Oops, too many MMORPGs!

ps: Good practise to splitlane only when confident. For me, I don't do close combat maneuvering at speeds below 40kph. Boxes make zero-speed handling iffy if not balanced. But the new suspension settings today should take care of that!

Issue 2:

(off topic) i dunno how accurate is this, the last time i oso did choke starts when i have difficulty starting up.when i do weekly washing i realise the engine pipe turn color...

mepkoh R&D division analysed above issues and developed carb settings to counter these. Give me a ring if you need a remedy :D

previously mine was leaking too.

one of th screw was too long & technically it 'pierced' though th EO 'container'.. thus th leaking..

perhaps you can get it diagnosed at your trusted workshop.

mine was diagnosed & resolved by surgeon koon. (:

If ur dont mind ur hand get the dirty oil u can DIY :p

1. Clean ur bike thoroughly, engine area, use chemical solvent such as petrol or kerosene or turpentine than wash it with soap.

2. C where oil is leaking.

2a Oil from drain bolt - Add O-ring or change copper washer

2b Oil due to crack cover or old gasket

3. Drain out ur EO.

4. Apply High temperature sealant, can find them in hardware shop, i use 3M sealant, red colour one.

5. Let it dry for a day, than pour in new EO.

I use this method to repair my crankcase right cover, last for 5 years.

LASTLY

If Oil is leaking on the left hand side of the crankcase cover, that is coil location.

confirm oil seal worn off, very sad to said that u might need a overhual.:faint:

hi guys, thx for all the advice given. really appreciate it. anw saturday i went to planet find ah chong about my engine oil leaking. quite a funny guy. haha. he examined it like a surgeon and then he washed the bike with the petrol and told me it might be the gasket prob. after that one of the guy did the job thoroughly and told me my engine oil was in pretty bad shape too. but lucky engine still running gd. after that, i rode home all these and was fine like before.

on sunday. i went to check the floor beneath the left side of the engine compartment and fortunately, no oil stain was found. i felt relieved and happy at the same side. yet my happiness was not long lived tho.

this morning i went to work and before i hopped on the bike, there was oil stain AGAIN!!! at the same spot!!! (a small pool of oil stain though) On the ground just below the left side of the engine compartment, can say is right underneath the gasket area there. but i just changed my gasket!!! so anyone can help me? i really feel damn sian liaos. hais. thanks.

Hello, I now have a problem with my TA200. weeks ago I moved the fuel from my CBR150R to my TA200 (because of the long period of parking, that made the fuel spoiled in The CBR150R). And yeah, that caused the problem (that I didn't expect) I'm going to talk about.

Because of that spoiled fuel, my TA200 didn't start easily at first place but now it doesn't at all. So I drained out all the fuel at the valve under the fuel tank and refill with the new fuel, now it's getting better when it starts. I had to accelerate to help it get started. The engine run with a noisy sound, I'm not sure if it's the valves or something since the fuel left in the carburetor is not perfect. I left the engine run, it took some seconds then it stopped. Any suggestions are welcome. I'd like also to remove the carburetor for cleaning, if there have been already some DIY removals of carburetor and the valve adjustment, please point me to the links.

As I know, the Honda Motorcycle Company here has been going to replace all the bikes with PGM-FI ones, how's there ?

Thanks for you all in advance,

Regards

If that noisy sound is caused by the fuel I think the problem will end soon. For the TA200, many owners here said that the valves (or other parts in the engine) get noisy since only thousands kms used. Anyway, what will be will be.

I have heard that there will be a couple of new models here (150i and 250i) from Honda.

Thanks for your advice.

I recently bought full-fingered gloves with knuckle protector and it fit me very well.

However , when i tried to use them , i found that the front brake lever was too far away from the throttle so i cannot reach the brake lever ! , is there anyway to adjust the brake lever so that its nearer to handlebar ?

for myself, due to my missing finger, ive to keep my thumb away from th 'bottom' of th bar to grip th lever. you can try tht too..
