oh wow...it weights 218kg...that's about 25kg more than a TDM900...:cheeky:

now you know why it's so hard to let my TDM go...

seriously,i don't understand why all the big duallies are now using 19inch front wheel rather than 21...all the new traillies have very low ground clearance...are the modern people getting shorter?

I am 1.77m...not that tall...but sitting on these current modern bikes having to flat foot on the ground, don't seems to be appealing to me...what's more having to attack ruts and bumps offroading won't be so sweet on a low ground clearance bike...why can't they have the same swingarm like the AT,why not the taller front end consisting of the AT fork and 21inch wheel?

If this is fitted in,the bike would see better sales...everythg from engine, tank, headfairings, are attractive...

You are right bro, nowadays new trailies do have low ground clearance, mostly de twins.Big singles enduro/offroad bikes with real offroad capability had better ground clearance.Big trailies like [GS/KTM ADV/VARA/V-STROM/TDM~ to me {AT/TA} both are abit soft tuned]are characterised by torque curves which give the feeling of strong pull from any revs. They are not as vibery as singles but not as smooth as de four-cylinder bikes either.

Then manufacture did say with 19" inch & wider profile tyre than de 21" inch wheel, may provides easier in-town riding control & smoother handling at highway speeds!

Still i find these big trailies offer different riding experience.Sitting up high, giving a good view on the road makes you feel like "KING" of the road!!

Are u gng offroad wit a 1200c? Hmm. Ktmadv i heavy enuff. Same as at. If nt gng offroad dan shud b ok i think.

well....if you're too afraid to ride off-road by saying it's heavy, there's a handful of people who have lighter, better suspension, powerful, and other swears by it that it's one hell of an adventure bike, did'nt even take their ride off-road...

We have to face the fact...this is Singapore....the satisfaction for having people to praise their bike for being the coolest and adventure dreaming looking,is far more rewarding than having the satisfaction to actually ride it on dirt like what it is meant to do....
