to pillion on a fino is not easy. fino is like a single seater bike. not suitable to pillion in terms of bike power, handling, bike's weight n stability. so if binny wanna pillion, u can only pillion someone of ur size or slightly bigger to have better control.

 

someone with ur size, its not easy to handle a bike. but if u know how to handle a bike, a runner or even X9 wun pose a big prob to u cos of the low CG of the bike. to pillion, the bike must oso have the power to overcome the weight issue. this is oso something u need to consider.

 

try pillion somewhere where there is not much cars. to pillion needs practice. just take ur time.

Lucky for me, the way my bike was designed, It was meant to be ridden alone. But I did try a few times with girls around 50kg. Quite an experience. One even know how to strap up the helmet and can really follow me and lean in together.. The other likes to twitch around here and there. I have to remind her everytime that if I bank to the left, she has to follow else we will crash and I wont be paying for her medical bills

 

Then I pillioned 2 colleagues who used to ride bikes. This 1 then standard. Everything also know. But 1 of them lost his license due to drunk riding. This bugger tried to make me go even further down while taking a corner. He kept saying, "CAN GO DOWN!! DONT SCARED!" It was my 2nd month of riding..

 

Last 1 I pillioned a buddy of mine, 90kg.. I had to change my stock suspension after that. 700 bucks flew out of my wallet

ya i just got my license recently only. i nv regret getting fino, love it so much, really very easy to handle. the only pro is i have to go petrol every now and then.. kinda troublesome..

ic... just got licence ah... well, like said, it takes time to brush up ur bike handling n pillion riding. i test ride my colleague's fino. i have to agree that it can really manuvere well. BUT at slow speeds only. given at speed of 80km/h++, the bike will b unstable. scooters n kups have very small capacity fuel tank. that is something the owners have to bear with it.

got once i pillion my colleague....was doing a left turn..he lean his body to the right...my bike went into opp lane with on-coming traffic!!! wah lau ae...luckily manage to pull back to my lane in time... i tink that time nearly wet my pants sia lol..

I once pillion a male colleague who never touch a motorcycle before, on my TA150. As usual, briefed him on what to do, when to lean in with me, etc. Anticipated his uneasy shufflings and fidgeting and compensated accordingly. He eventually got relaxed enough to close his eyes.

 

So far so good until PIE during peak hours. Being a habitual lane splitter, I cruised at around 90km/hr through the packed expressway... Until he opened his eyes, watched in horror as I squeezed in between a lorry and a van, he let out a blood curdling scream and jumps (not out of the seat, but a literal knee-jerk reaction). My balls dropped and I screamed with him.

 

 

So... when two guys screams together... No, it is not funny at all.

ive rode for 1 months plus. tried several times to pillion my bf but cannot make it. he's weight is tooooo heavy for me to handle. have yet to try pillioning my family members. just wanna make sure im stable first before pillioning. we shall try & practice more ok binny!

u try pillion lighter ppl 1st then after some time, then try heavy ones. cos when u pillion heavy ppl, the weight of the bike shifted to the back hence making the front very light n wobbly. n 2B bikes r light, they cannot maintain the stability.

 

mayb u can try to counter pillion with binny with ur individual bikes someday. just a meet up to make new friends oso... can exchange pointers n view regards to pillion...

riding or pillion, bike heavy is not an issue when the bike move off. its the bike's power that u need to control. after which, u shd b ok with pillion liao.
