With effect from 1 June 2005, the Bloodbank@HSA will open from:

Try to drink alot of water before and after the blood donation it help to recover.

I've just read thru something that the Red Cross Blood Bank Singapore sent me.

 

There is a World Blood Donor Day Party to thank blood donors on 14 June 2005.

 

Date: 14 June 04 (Tue)

Time: 1800 hrs onwards

Place: Esplanade Park (Opposite Padang)

 

There is a Picnic Dinner, some programmes and a Movie Screening.

 

Folks who receive the letters and the card is to bring along the card where you can redeem a picnic dinner pack that can feed 2 adults and 2 children.

 

Please call them by 01 June to confirm attendance so they can arrange catering.

 

Well.....that means I have extra food. Anyone else want to go with me?
