Go buy a generic oil filler cap. You know, the cap that covers the hole where you pour the engine oil in? It will do the job of plugging your reservoir bottle just as well..

There's a hard plastic one, like on your GSXR400 or a soft rubber one which I think is less of a b!tch to remove.

Either one, the cost should be one or two bucks only lah.

err..where can I buy it? can advise? Thanks..

recently i felt there is slight vibrations or wobbling while cornering, anyone knows wats the problem?

Check the usual suspects:

1) Tyre: pressure correct or not? condition OK or not?

2) Suspension : condition & set-up OK or not?

3) Rim : dented or not?

4) Chain : condition & adjustment OK or not?

Yeah man..... I also thinking of overhauling entire engine and renew the COE for 10 years. Heard the old man at Guan Hoe is the wizard when it comes to GSX.

When I went down saw a no. of GSX/Bandits bikes there waiting to be serviced.

Anyway, are new conrod assembly, bearings, overhead cams,piston/rings etc etc

available for sale or not? But more importantly, anyone capable of doing such an overhaul?

When I bought my GSXR400 it was still on its original endless chain. I reckon the sprockets are the original set, too. The sizes were 13T front, 47T rear.

Ur gsxr was bought brand new?

13T 47T is not original settings.

The original settings is 15T 46T as quoted by the malay mech at Guan Hoe.

Tealeaf pal. Is your fork damaged or scratch?

no visible damage. no leaks too.

normally forks service includes change of oil & seals.

if u intend to service it for track use, u should go bikelab;but thats gonna cost you more then what im gonna sell at.

steering cone bearings i changed a yr ago for around $60-$90(should be 90); sorry i dunt remember liao.

my advise is keep your engine stock if u wan it to last. Modded engines normally have reliabilty problems. Gixxer already has a built for track engine with tons of high rev power; wan more power, twist your throttle more... Spending more money on your bikes handling, eg; brakes and suspensions would help u alot more on track.

Happened to me before.

The temp gauge itself seldom breaks. Check the wiring. Then check the temp sensor unit on the thermostat assembly underneath the tank. Very small. In my case, the unit's metal tongue that the temp gauge wire hooks up to was loose and didn't provide a good connection. I had the entire thing replaced. Few bucks only.

which part of the gauge does the fans kicks in?

I've never seen my spinning at all ever and my temo gauge has not ever

gone above 1/4 or 1/3 at all.

My experience with Guan Hoe is that they are pretty honest and friendly.

However, being the service agent for Suzuki, their prices are on the ex side.

The chief mech is kinda like a walking Suzuki workshop manual cos he's been doing Suzooks for pretty long.

Anyway, if you are not sure whats wrong with yer bike why don't you post out the symptoms you feel. I'm sure some of the more experienced Suzook owners can help out.
