Hey Alvis long time mia liao. How r U ???

Fork setting depends on ur riding Style as well as hw U Tune ur Suspension. Together muz b tune accordingly... Usually for Track Play, ppl go for Softer & for Rd slightly Harder. But most impt iz tat Ur Forks muz b in Gud working Condition. I may suggest U Trial n Error like wat i did. ie as in wheter U hard Braking anot before a Bend all Play a part in the Settings. Its all in the Riderz's Style

The More Rings Visible means tat it is more Softer. As in the more Rings are hidden inside it will b like being Compressed so Harder Setting...

I recomend Motor Factor also at Ubi

 

btw does ur Fork Sinks & Float gradually. As in a smooth Transition???
