I tend to judge tyres on these things...

 

1. Warm/Hot road grip (ie summers day)

2. Cold road grip (ie this time of year or colder)

3. Wet grip (Regardless of temp so long as it's above freezing)

4.Tyre life

 

 

 

Metz Z3 (TLR)

1. OK

2. OK

3. OK

4. Good

NB: Tramlined badly

 

 

 

Bridgestone BT90/92 (GSXR400)

1. V Good

2. Not Great

3. Not Great

4. Poor

NB: rear tended to square off quickly

 

 

Bridgestone BT10's (GSXR400)

1. V Good

2. V Good

3. Good

4. OK

NB: hard to get hold of.

 

Bridgestone BT014's (TLR)

1. Good

2. Good

3. Good

4. OK

NB: Weird handling when worn. Front gave little feedback and wore almost as fast as the rear.

 

 

Prillei Diablos (TLR)

1. V Good

2. OK

3. Poor

4. OK

NB: Rear squares quick, and crap in wet

 

 

Mitchlen Pilot Road 2 (TLR)

1. V Good

NB: Below 10 Degrees tyre strugles to warm up resulting in the rear end trying to break away. Tyre life very good dual compound!

hey.. any bros installed alarm system? i bought one from the cmo thread. anybody can help me install or best to go to mech? i ask the mech near my house they quote me $40 bucks. like quite ex. any help guys???

bros.. Damn unlucky.. Just now after posting i went to my bike, was at down town east parked near the bicycle rental shop.. It was lying on the ground.. Damn sad.. Just clean and wax only.. Dunno who itchy butt sit on my bike den drop on the floor.. Damage not much.. But found some liquid flowing out.. First time start bike abit long.. But everything is fine.. Damn suay.. Muz faster install my alarm..

rain u know how to install ah ? got instructions but i not sure about bike connections.. so rather leave it to some1 experience.. i tink quite ex lo.. maybe the duration to take to install the alarm quite long and must remove fairing also..

Muz c first the connections. But most of them are straight connect 2 Battery... Remove Fairing ez job lah juz have 2 b patience & give urself some time Bro :thumb:
