A.S Phoon. Passed my license on the 8th July. Insurance quoted from them is 19xx. :dot: NTUC.

 

Settling my own insurance would be much cheaper.

 

wah lau the insurance is crazily expensive... i suggest you shop ard first... 1.9k is like crazy... and NTUC is notorious to be exp... try other vendors first..

well depends on the individual i guess..im hoping that the F.T will reduce the strain to my wrist during long journeys @ a relatively slow speed (nowadays whenever I have pillion, I dun usually go

above 90). Plus, just need a little less effort to get to the speed you want..so yup, to me its money worth spending. :)

bro bee...did he took out the engine switch? or the throtthle can squeeze without moving the switches for engine?

Oh nope, he managed to squeeze without moving any switches. I know Is's fast throttle need to move his switch right?

Yup, custom one.. So far I'm liking the feel of the throttle; coupled with the 'light' feeling of the Malossi filter..I'm not sure if I'm accelerating faster, but Im positive that 'lag' in speed when you twist throttle to gain speed is no more! So if I'm in a tight situation (like kena sandwich between cagers), I'm able to escape effectively and quickly as compared to without the F.T. Plus, I notice I'm able to maintain a steady RPM without over-revving as I move up the gears, thus I'm guessing will somehow help in FC as well. :angel:

 

All I need now is a LV pipe to truly bring out the power of our dormant engines.. heehee..

Yup! But I'm not sure if it affects top-speed or not cause I have yet to try..lol..slowly ba, do one by one.. :thumb:

 

My next project is to change tyres & brake pads le..if within budget, wanna change clutch and brake hose too.. hee.. $$$$
