heh yeah I know; but our bikes got coolant right since its liquid cooled..wonder if can diy change the coolant or not..coz I think need to mix according to the right proportion?

can be done by diy. also can get the pre-mixed one. but gotta flush the prev coolant and etc.. too troublesome for me unless got kaki to do tgr. otherwise i would just pay a bit for bike shop to do it. wouldnt wanna get arrested for anyhow disposing of coolant also. :help:

Guys need advice,Dunno which one to choose,YZF-R125 or R150.Likes the look of 125,The height is perfect for me 1.8m but scared too underpowered=135kmh top right? On the other hand the 150 can easily got 140-145 max standard but the height is quite short leh.I was thinking buying the 150 and change the rear like the 125 style..

What's your budget bro?

Will you be upgrading to a bigger bike once you get 2A & 2?

If you get the 125, there are options to up the power (our good friends from the R125 thread can advice ya on that). Likewise for the R15, I believe soon there will be a big bore kit to up the power to our bikes. Personally, @ 1.78m, I would prefer to ride the R125 (that was my original choice). But now am getting used to my R15.

As for the tail, you can always mod it to look like an R6..but yeah, it cost quite ex though. Nonetheless, the choice is yours..if got $$, why not get both..? like our bro Rempitburnout who has BOTH R15 & R125...!

hahahaa think i did badly :(

but its ok we can still go makan chomp pang nasi lemak soon!

Hey guys,

Just wondering, my fuel gauge is not the least accurate. Anybody shares the same problem as me? at 250+ km i was already running on reserve. When i pumped @ JB, full tank was only 8L (Meaning i still had like 4L in my tank). Since then I started to gauge by mileage, at 400 usually I would start to make my way to JB. However the sight of the reserve bar blinking makes me uncomfortable despite knowing I still can run more. Any fellow riders here can enlighten me with the max mileage the bike can go roughly? Say 500? My riding style is relatively average, not hitting above 7.5k RPM unless I'd have to. My next servicing is due soon 3k mileage @ UM. Is there a solution to this? Thanks

mine abit better 300+ liddit den fill up arnd 9L or more also don feel its right.

ur not alone bro. tmr i go servicing at HL shall ask them

alright, just back from servicing and asked abt the reserve meter liting up prematurely. Mech says there is a fuel gauge rod inside our tank which is standing upright. so it senses the amount from there. its normal for the reserve light to be on early as an extra precaution. Anyway he said tt its better to feel up earlier than later since the part of the rod tt does not sense the fuel will get heated up faster.

So tts his explanation, and a sway thing... i got a nail in my rear tyre, dint notice until the mech told me so i went to unique to change to 120/80/17. feels gd to me, no complains or feeling draggy. so now:

Front bt39-90/80

Rear was bt090-110/70 now: bt39-120/80

@ dl_lfc: no prob bro..

@jonchow: wah lau the HL servicing is crazily expensive!

@grumpy: our rear wheel can fit so big meh! my one i put 110/70 already having a big of difficulty to put in sia...

@rempit: finish running in liao?

Speed is about control, control comes from your wrist.

An accident will cause you to lose your wrist, which in turns leads to losing control and eventually speed.

Think twice before twisting your wrist.

@mugentis... already fitted and using bro... go riding no prob so far... feels gd la
