actualy very simple. for me, my shop get a thin metal rot cut den twist, look 100% alike e original n even more tight n safe... :cheers:

 

I think i actually need the whole 2T tank, rubber on the top of the tank and that metal rod, the holes that hold the metal rod on my 2T tank is broken.

Technically it would be 36PSI(Off factory recommendation)...

 

But subjected to rider's weight and tyre compound, different pressure might be use..

The HRC card is just to derestrict the redline rev limiter which also limits ur top speed to 180km/hr..If u're interested, might wana try looking for Norman of Racewerkz @ BT Merah..There are 3 ways to derestrict the PGM 4, HRC Card, Full System Exhaust Or Race Gearbox..

 

HRC Card is still a must n its not in production anymore,prices for used ones are unaffordable to most here,Racewerks has unproven track record in racing NSR's like AK Motorsports so better try the latter neither do they have the parts..

not sure about race werks track record but Syed at PG still remember Norman and said his a fast guy on a 250. Whether they have parts or not is for us to guess.

N track record cnt prove anything. sometimes is not the bike but person who ride it.
