Minimum age for enrolment for motorbike/motorcar will be : 18 years old as on date of registration. (only after you have passed your b'dae)

as for used bikes, i would highly recommend you to get from people rather than the shop itself. because the shop would not know the service records and such unlike the owner.

 

if you're looking at a new bike, of couse you gotta go to shop. there are many bike shops around, mainly depend on which model you wanna get then we can direct you to the place.

21 years old... Only when im this old then do i know why i should tell ppl say 21 years old then can take license.

18 can, not generalising here but most teenage riders are dangerous on the road... cuz there's the EGO issue, sell bikes to them no need say anything, just mention the bike is FAST can already. Old men like me, just need reliable, handle well, reasonable torque for pickup in overtaking and avoidance can already.

i think restrict power to less than 20hp for p-plate best. But troublesome.
