But as long below 200cc and not more than $1,500.

Comfort is the main priority, power is secondary.

 

I am a noob don't know where to source for bikes' pricing and I am not sure if this is the right place to post, but I'm looking to own my first bike, something that is affordable and a joy to ride.

phantom TA150 is good its definitely cheap.. i see ppl selling for 500 plus your insurance . should be around 900.. all in..

You can consider SYM Joyride 200 or X9 180 if you don't mind maxi scooter range. I have seen some of the selling for less 1.5k and they are definately comfortable.

TA150 is 2T more hassle and older, most nid to renew COE or already renewed, means oredi more than 10yo..

get the suzuki burgman selling here at this forum. only 1.2k. nice comfort ride.

look for honda wave... most go cheap, with 3-5yr COE left.

Yearly - tires, brake pad, spark plug

Overhaul - almost NEVER. maybe at 100000km then overhaul.
