i've rode up to hatyai a few times on big bikes, wanna experience riding up on my 2b bike now. :sweat:

i mean, cannot be 140 on cub all the way ma, the bike will explode arh. :lol: stock cubs, i think cruising speed abt 90-100..

 

btw, stoner bro, my dad was telling me that confirm will ride until spark plug melt wan, so i suppose have to get backup stuff as well? :lol: think hanwen bro has tire puncture fixing kit. now we just need more riders! :smile:

yeps, i have the tyre repair kit.. but the canister only enough for inflating 1 tyre i tink..will be bringing it along in case of emergency.. hopefully we wont need to use it though..

 

spark plug i have 1 spare.. clutch cable also i have 1 spare..

hmm.. i think..our fuel stops should be enough to cool our sparkplugs/engine la.. along the way should have quite a few stopovers for refuel since our tank only 4L..

Har? Spark plug melt? It's only possible if you fix those after market plug cables... mine ride bone stock factory setup...:)

 

During the meet up... we can talk about back up spares...

 

Tire repair kit... Tow rope.... I have...:cool:

good news is - operation derust of header was successful! not an eyesore anymore! :smile: so tonight sure can meet u guys.

 

bad news is - I had to rush final coating of paint coz gotta reach campus in 20mins time to submit project!!!!! end up rush, scratch a bit of the otherwise perfect paintwork.

Firstly, thank you to all who have turn up on Friday night....

 

It was a great meet up and I'm very happy that this trip was gotten off at a good note!:cheers:

 

So...Here's the Up Date:

 

Trip : KUP to HatYai

 

Bikes applicable: 4 stokes, sub 200cc Bikes (Class 2B)

Date of departure: 10th Dec 09 (Thurs) @ 10pm ( 1st Esso Petrol Station (North/South High Way) @ 2nd Link)

 

Duration of Trip: 4 days, 3 nights.

Estimated Date of arrival (Back to S'pore): Sunday Night.

*NOTE: Please obtain leave on Thursday and the following Monday.

 

Lodging: New Season Hotel

 

Max Pax: *8 riders

*Note: Due to the fact that I only have 3 experiance riders including my self.... 1 x Lead_bike, 1x marker & 1 x sweeper

Closing Date for Registration: *10th Nov 09

*Note: Hotel bookings will be made by me, thus advance booking fee ($) may be require... will be advised in due cause....:cool:

 

 

Compulsory Kits to have & Things to attend to for the trip.

 

a. Armoured Jacket (Either Soft or Hard / No Rain coat as a riding jacket)

b. Boots (Riding Boots, Touring Boots, SAF Boots / Track shoes or Walking shoes is not applicable!)

c. Gloves (Riding/Touring Gloves....)

d. Light reflective Vest (Construction Type of reflective vest)

e. Have your bike serviced (Etc, Engine oil, Chain, tyres....)

f. Valid Insurance and Road Tax for your bike (Very important)

g. Photo Copy of your LOG CARD (If BIKE under Loan, obtain from bike shop / VERY IMPORTANT )

 

*Check will be made before leaving and I'll turn away any bikers who has fail any of the above conditions... You safety is my No.1 Concern and pardon me should I do so....

As a few of the riders who intend to sign up, has not been to long distance trips in extent of 300km ++....

 

I intent to head a short Pre_Ride Trip to Malaca. This is open to those who has interest or has sign up for the HatYai Trip....

 

The purpose of this Pre_ride Trip is to forge Friendship,Chemistry, getting to know about team riding and understand your bike on the North South Highway...
