FZ8 the headlight look like fz6... but the tail look like fz1.. so any idea is the FC same as fz6?

 

Jus topped up my tank today, pumped in bout 11.65 ltrs of petrol for travelling 208 km, tats comes to bout 17.8 km/l , imo not bad for a start..

running in already that kind of mileage.. somemore new bike confirm throttle happy 1... :angel:

i'm also not too sure if that is considered run-ed in already?

no choice dude, that's the one I can find so far... yoshi (no), LV (no), GPR (no)...

yea its considered run in ready, norman told me to wack the bike, but he advised me to constantly change gear to make sure all clutch plates also sit in properly or smth?

well my riding history for these pass few days was like 20 percent of the time pillon, and 60 percent expressway riding, 40 percent road riding.. but do tkae note that the same petrol was used to do runnin in also where the bike was subjected to full throttle and all..so fuel consumption might not be THAT accurate for now..so i ll try for another 2 or 3 more rounds of top up to see if the consumption stabilizes.

The naked fz8, once change exhaust, look exactly the same as fz1!!!!

awww... sad. i see the spec, written at HL web, the ground clearance is higher than fz1 but nv see mainstand for fz8s.

 

Perhaps Yamaha leave it as a secondary option to owner, beside they market it as "sporty" street-fighter... but again with main stand it does make some job much easier.

2nd top up update, FC was bout 18.2 km/l ...at 208 km it was at 1 bar already bro..but we cant trust the gauge as such i calculate based distance travelled vs petrol pumped.

sure no prob, actually witout insurance it was some where round 17.5 he quoted me bro.
