Hello Guys.. I really need your help.. just bought an st11 FK plate.. so i need to send the bike for service.. where is the best workshop to service my ST? i need to do my cone bearing,service carb and other minor servivice..

Heard there's a shop name 'Go par' or something like that at AMK industrial estate popular with ST maybe u can go n ride ard n see which shop has the most STs n tally the shop's name.

 

or u can check out with the guys here... which i did on tyre pressure but got no ans.

According to stx manual its F42 /R 42 psi. However depending on your ride condition you may want to adjust it accordingly to suit your preference.

 

For my prev st11...tire pressure front around 36/250 & rear 42/290.

Congrats on your ride. It should be a US model. Be prepare to pay a bit more if you want to service carb, might as well check your coolant hoses and the carb gaskets at one go. Gona cause you headache once hoses starts to crack due to wear and tear.

Hey guys! I've put my ST on sale, the weight is giving me a headache while stationary. Would like to join you all still while my bike is still around. For tonight, I'll see if I can finish studying for my exams before joining you all.

 

By the way, my bike has a switch on my right for the headlight. My headlight has been going on and off sometimes and just last night, I couldn't get it on again. The switch seemed so stiff, I couldn't turn it off or on. (I usually leave it on.) I suspect it's the connection at the switch and not the bulb that is causing the problem. Any of you know how to DIY? (HELP!)

Or roughly how much am I expected to pay if it's just the connection problem at the switch?

have your switch replaced first (i assume its an add-on switch).

this kindda switch will 'spoilt' with frequent use of it .

Yes guys XD my first bike is Stephanie.. My ST is named after a Ninja Dog in Naruto, called Akamaru.

 

It has really been wonderful on the ST!! See if i can join you guys in some chill session.. so much to learn about this bike which i would rather ask face to face ^^
