ok, from the air valve you need to join bicycle cable so a two inch air tube is used as the join from there you can see the flow and the end of the tip which is the oil drop i had made a two way tips from a single tube. From there you can see again the flow.It a simple two way tip which made from the pen tube .sorry no pic. show as i not so good at computer :)

I use the metal aquarium valve before, they are not meant for oil flow, oil will leak from it after 1-2 weeks.

For the oil regulation, I am using the aquarium black plastic regulator, so far it been months and there is no leak at all. My on/off valve I am using those meant for water flow type.

I am using left over fresh engine oil for my chain oiler to lube my chain because very wasteful to throw away the excess oil.

Wah.... Nice clean work... Keep up the good work...:thumb::thumb::thumb:

Aniway, the copper wire is for what purpose? Isit to restrict the flow? A wire cable full of wires, does the oil flow through?

Thx for your kind comments.... yes the copper wire serves that purpose... as well as to "split" the path of the oil flow on the chain at the end.

I'm thinking that the leak can be rectified using rubber washer on top of the gasket.... hmmm....

Long term test report of "Scott Oily" Day #10....or 11... who's counting???

The valve seems to have seated nicely into the gasket.... it still leaks, but not as much as before.

The flow rate also seems to have "stabilized". Oil does not splatter all over at "half-open" position on the valve already, it oils the chain perfectly with minimal oil splatter on the swingarm and sidestand.

So far so good... in fact, it gets better with time :thumb:

These things have been around since steam engines. Try a phone around for industrial machine suppliers, ask for an Oil Drip Feeder. all you need is gear box oil, 80w is ok

price of thing is how much?
