Any bros here know what might be the reason to engine die off when riding half way ? The meter shows no petrol as the the oil light, lights up. But there is still half tank of petrol.

 

Could it be tuning ? Fuel not rich enough ?

And the link u posted is for Punggol..The prices i'm talking about is for the Clementi new BTO flats..Which u were talking about the en-bloc stuff earlier on..When my fren applied, it was just about to open up for sales..

Since u mention ppl opting for Punggol while you're waiting for Clementi to open up after allocating for en-bloc ppl..Of cos i gave u the price for Clementi...

 

Clementi is considered a matured estate already..

 

And i also know Punggol one cheaper..Another colleague of mine got it for 250k(4-room)...

 

If you are thinking about getting Clementi flats, i wish u good luck..And if about Punggol wise, u will have better luck..

I always like to say this to them..Especially those targetting 450k 4 room flats..

 

Let's say you and ur wife have a combined CPF + all those perks given by ur dear pap for new flat owners + live near parents = 150k

 

450k - 150k = 300k loan.

 

You start paying the loan @ a age of 25, loan for 30 years which ends at 55.Your monthly payment without interest is $833 monthly(Interested is well known to be probably 1/2 ur loan amount).

 

You retired @ the age of 60 with 5 years cpf for retirement which cannot be taken out in 1 lump sum anyway.

 

Can u guarantee that you will be working for the next 30 years? Oh ya,i forgot to add in kids education, living expenses, car loan..

 

My advise,wait till the GE is over before deciding..Make sure u think thru before leaving that cross on the vote slip.

Becoz the float in your oil Slum is dirty .. It works like the toilet bowl float. So becoz it was stuck at the bottom thus trigger the lights to come on . Play safe off the engine, Let it cool down for a while 1st , check the E.O sight glass or oil dip to confirm the oil level. then start again.
