Royksopp...sorry to here bout your grandad...i hope he gets well soon...don't worry bout the kopi...based on yesterday turnout,things are looking good for local meetup for kopi again...most of you asking for more local meetups...

 

I suggest not to do it too regularly lah...it will be boring...so i suggest it would be great we could at least get to gether once a month...we do it 12 times a year...so at least there won't be much to complaint...

Maybe we could arrange for abit earlier meetup..bcoz 11pm seems abit late...yesterday time seems to fly so fast that we all didnt realised its already 2am...so hopefully we could arrange on a certain date of each month and day,time would be better if we meet at 8pm...at least can go for a short spin...

 

List down your best ideal place where we could just park besides the kopitiam...

Ok guys....we did talked about mass ordering this items...both would cost not more than 70bux...brand new...not 2nd hand...

 

V-strom Handguards.Price :$40...$39++ to be exact

Easy to DIY..need 2 long screws...a good cutter,1cm bushing or nuts X2..

 

Fog lamp.Price $25..just put $30 to be on the safe side..

Mount on crashbar..those who is good on wirings,can be a great help..if not,we all go Powerwheel fix...ask nukye bout labour pricing.

The handguard where did you find the price so cheap?I just got one side from GuanHo (Suzuki agent) at $25 exclude GST.Yours is a good deal.

The Fog lamp is just one piece or a pair?I dun mind getting one.But i dun have crashbar to install it on.Must find a place to fix it.I was thinking of under the headlight,near the original horn area....Just one fog lamp will do...

Hi Larry, we are gg to samui from 23-27th of Aug. Generally we know the directions and all. You have any advice for us? As in any good scenic routes to take, anything to avoid etc. Thanks for your help

 

hi, when i head to samui i head the songkhla that route up -> 414 -> 408 -> 4013 -> 401 -> 4142. This route is more on coast route , very windy. Did't not take much photos cos rushing for time.

 

When i head down to hatyai , i took 4142 -> 401 -> 41 -> 4 -> 43. Nothing much , just normal highway.

 

FYI- i took around 10 hrs to reach hatyai

- took another 5hrs plus to reach Raja ferry terminal.

-there is alot of road side construction along the highway, ie. two lane sudden merge into one lane.

-after the bus accident, my friend encounter 3 road block.

 

Thai highway - There alot of cows along the road. Althought they are tied to trees, but there is still some left untied.

- the most dangerous is the thai bikers , they can come from any direction
