TDM is a very specific machine. Love it or Hate it kind ;) I think best read and view pics from the previous postings. No need to go so far. Couple of pages back and you'll find your answer. Wanna go in dept then you can slowly read from page one and then use google. hee

Din: What's your tyre's again? Time to change mine already. No more slowmo! Powerwheel or Dirtwheel ah? I keep mixing both up.

Oh and anyone wanna do valve clearance? I'm gonna do mine soon. I'll ask Rosli to "package" a bit. heee

dude, hope abt intro Rosli to me, so that i can have package also... planning to do valve Clearance and change timing chain, need to find out how much he charge...

yah anyone knows? was quoted $450 for valve clearance, and changing or timing chain, not including cost of chain...

that means Plus chain is around $540 siak... any cheaper options?

New place. Not sure where. II just know it's Kaki Ubi Ave 6. 2nd floor right at the end.

Gilbert: Can't be so much. That time I did mine was $300+ i think. But that's just valve clearance and some other smaller stuff. I think valve clearance and timing chain won't hit $500 la. Hopefully. Heee.

yah... i think it shouldnt be so ex also.... if u see Rosli can u check with him valve clearance and change of timing chain... the valves and timing for the TDM 850 are similar to the 900, so i dun think the cost will be different. im planning to do it next month as my timing chain started ticking and it is irritating the **** out of me...

I've asked Rosli already. He say ranges from $300-$500 depending. Cos got valve clearance, timing chain and chain tensioner. And then must see what needs to be changed. Those that don't need to he won't.

Oh ya, his place is Kaki Bukit Ave 6. #02-45

I just changed my tyres at Powerwheel. Not used to the cornering. I think cos of the shape of the tyre. Lost quite a bit of low end torque cos previously my rear was a lot smaller, but now to try if my top speed is affected.

I also had to do wheel bearing and angle valve and front and rear rotary disc. Stab me man. Just stab me. Next few months if you see empty patches in your regular foodball field, it's cos I was there eating it.

Wats an angle valve? Wat tyre did u change? Anyway can Rosli service our type of fuel injectors?

Posted

You know when you pump tyre air always have problem getting the pump in cos the valve is straight? With the angle valve you don't have to worry about it.

Tourance and Pirelli Scorpion.

What you wanna do with your fuel injector? I think can la. EFI basically across the board is the same thing. But you wanna do dyno jet setting etc etc then cannot la. Need equipment for that. But if it's the pump you wanna fix, I think also can.
