one friend told me steel braided hose is about 25$ per piece from Chong Aik.

(different brand)

 

150$ is just for Brand "HEL" or whatever..

 

That why its $25 only (GPR brand)... And its the reasons why Virus Leong want to change cos the current one he has started to turn RUSTY. In my opinion its worse that OEM....

Hi bro, my bike is currently warded at bikeworkz at kaki bukit. I am not sure bout you guys but I personally feel that the boss and his mech are good in their line of work. Have been their customer for my previous bikes and I find their job is commendable.

 

Btw, was told by fellow TDMers that you can re-wrap the old coil. Care to shed some light on that?

 

Bro, Its more like i've been 'bugging' fellow tdm'ers to give me 1 burnt coil for me to recoil in Hatyai.

I'd like to bring it as a spare during roadtrips up north. If you dun intend to keep ur old coil, can I have it?

Replaced the coil and also the battery. Wanted to re-charge the old battery and reuse but decided to change it to play safe. The old battery is already 3yrs old.

 

Total damage = coil: $380, battery: $95.

 

 

Well done... Now revive and kick alive again... Zooommm....
