the magic oil aids the mechanisms inside the bike to move? :cheeky:

petrol addictives dun go into the engine/gears one mah..

however, engine flush and some lubricating oils will be good for maintaining a smooth engine..

i had some magdaco mag-kreen for my Super4, but till now haven use.. tot of using them in the shaft and engine on next EO/gear oil change..

If it's a black without a box, it should be me. :)

Ur bike always covered one right? And I seldom see u riding on weekdays... Need a subrider to warm up that nice parallel?? Kekeke!!

dun drool.. time to buy one.. haha..

I got back to biking after 10yrs of absence. Hahaha.... & it was almost a no-deal with wifey when I told her I'm getting a bike. Now riding a TDM (no thanks to all the poisoning from @kmax) which is affordable. If I'm ever to get a $30K++ bike.... I think I'll have to sleep on my bike for a couple months.

Have to cover lah. Paisey wanna show people. Hehehe... Normally weekdays i ride my workhorse kup.

Can't accept the subrider offer without consulting the wife. Apparently, she's more in love with bike than me.. Hehehehe

Why must pay 30++ k for a brand new when u can get a 28k 2nd hand bike. Saw a blue 2nd hand at New Southern for sale last week. 8months old, comes with some accessories plus an Remus. Mileage 23k I think.

Unfortunately.... weekends are bad as they are 100% owned by wifey and baby. Hopefully next week I can get a day off (off-in-lieu for the PE holiday!) and go and check it out.... Hopefully it'll be still around.

Nonetheless, in all honesty.... how is the S10? I read that it is heavy (& i tot my TDM is heavy). 90% usage for my bike is to/fro work via expressways during peak hours. Afraid would be difficult to move around

Curb weight:

S10 - 260kg

TDM - 223kg

DRZ - 120kg

i believe my previous DRZ was close to 110kgs after shedding and dietting..

when i first rode the S10, i just feels stable.. no "heavy" feelings..

but it's only when off engine and pushing into carpark lot, the challenge starts..

i also using S10 for peak hours traffic.. no problems at all w/o the side panniers..

Japanese engineers are good in designing this S10..

feels nimble and stable.. even at 180kph, front did not lift off too much compared to Super4 and DRZ..

i seldom "reverse" my bike into lots (sitting on bike), i usually push them into lots..

it's just a matter of time to get use to it..

IMO, not that heavy at all..

i could get used to pushing 2DRZs at one go.. haha..

Hey!!! Yes! Yes! I remember that time. So far only u (other than my group of friends) have recognised the bike, others normally asked what bike is this.

Small chat. U asked me how much if i'm not wrong. Can't remember ur looks now, so sorry bro..

Anyway u dont look Paikia at all. All smart up. :)

Holla if u see me again..

cos my current pig is really a tad heavy now...

only issue for me would be the seat height... :cheeky:

S10 on paper is heavy at 261kg full load include fuel.

Once in moment will feel light due to low weight centrization.

Only when engine off or pushing will u feel the weight.

I'm old sch so I sit on bike to move ard parking lot or lift off from main stand.lol

S10 come stock with seat that can be adjust between two height.if lower seat height is needed then there is a optional yamaha original lower seat

Wahhhh......!!!!!! I also 175 leh. Like our height still cannot mati loh

Don worry lah bro.. I'm 170.

Using normal seat, at lowest setting I'm at the ball of my feet.

Highest setting, tiptoe but stable and comfortable unlike my previous XR400.

Guys,

The left hand panel, radiator side, I feel it's rather flimsy, especially at the front mid portion.

There is nothing solid that the panel is attached to, unlike the right hand panel rather solidly anchored to the frame.

Is it only mine or everyone's the same?

Cheers

Ya bro. Tats me. So, u gotten ur new bike le? :)

Btw, if u intend to get s10, dont b worried w e weight. Bike are meant to be ride, not push. :)

For height, im ard 1.73, seat at low setting. No prob so far. I think so long u r 1.7m n above, u will b fine.

If u r shorter than that, then i think u might need e lower seat.
