hi everyone... may i noe the fuel consumption of dis bike? and maintenance of the bike... and wat is the price of a hayabusa K8 with insurance for a 22 yr old? really interested in the bike... hope 2 gt 1 after i gt my clz 2 license dis yr... plz guide mi along... thx... :)

Dun worry about the fuel consumption, at your age, you'r be more worried about the insurance! :angel:

fuel economy for a stock condition GEN 1 busa is excellent. some of the newer 600s are more fuel thirsty than the 1298cc busa engine.. :thumb:

Here's the breakdown with a speed of +-10km/h of the local legal limit:

- Normal local roads: 13-17 km/l

- Local expressways: 16-18 km/l

 

Touring on the highways of our neighbouring countries with a speed of about 180-200km/h: 11-13km/l (rough estimation only; almost 3/4 of the petrol used for a trip of about 200km).
