hahaha just pulling yr leg lah

but wat if u spent 6k to lighten yr bike by 5kg then u eat too much and gain extra 5kg.. then how?

But if what everyone telling me is true, the 3-4kgs I lose at the rims would mean I'm saving alot more when the bike is moving.

Wahhh.... like tat it will nvr end lah bro.... spent these much to reduce here, then after some time gain weight there.... the best is keep it stock! Stock and stockings r da bezz! :D

Stock is good... but I only limit it to my engine. The rest all can change! heheehe

if my scale converter software is correct, 14.5 lbs is about 6.6kg:thumb:

for a stock rear rim, its pretty light huh..

Wow, that is light! But I dun mind shaving more off! hehe

Hi bros..

Just saw an accident at AMK Avenue 5.. Involving a gold FR plate Hayabusa with a pick up truck.. Front end of the Busa was totally smashed..

Hopefully the rider is alright..

Oh no! Anyone we know? Can you let us know where exactly? Junction? Filter lane?

Thanks lor! Tell me that there is soooooo much weight on the exhausts! I knew all along that the stock exhausts are very heavy, but now that there is a number to the potential weight reduction... I'm even more tempted

liao!

And I'm really quite surprised that for the amount I'm planning to spend on the rims, I'm getting only a reduction of 2kgs. Maybe I should just take more time to consider first...:slapforehead: I was expecting more, something like 2-3kgs lighter for the rear wheel alone...

Posted

yup u shld go for exhaust.

rim nt only on the weight but also the rotational inertia

and if u are going for full sys...

dun bother abt yoshi.

it is nt the lightest.

Akra is abt 8lbs but illegal.
