Will do that when my chain sprocket are due. Now got more headache. Yesterday my bike suddenly shut down at a traffic light stop. FI light bllinking. On Off twice then can start bike. Narrow down the ISC valve and Secondary Throttle Valve signal error. Reset the code and carry on riding and see it happen again. Haiz.....

Yup,before resetting the ignition.Must remember the code. From there trace it from the manual.

Worse part, that it's an intermitten problem.Suspect sensor issue connecting to what you mention.Dont quote me,i know nuts.

Hell rider,no choice mah:P

This is a great product, last longer than stock cush drive. But i heard feedbacks quite difficult to install.

During highspeed the rear wheel will be unstable and wobble,if your cush drive had worn off.

need bit of grease will do the job.........

Need help. Anybody has the PCPROG part that came with Power Ignition Module? Need it to reflash my PC3 as it encountered error while flashing halfway. Many thanks.

It can be downloaded from Powercommander website.

I didn't swtich on the dealer mode so don't know the code. Managed to restart my bike after on off my bike twice. By then the FI light have switched off. Luckily Bikeworkz has an universal diagnostic machine, something like SSDS, that could retrieve the code from my ECU. Ya, I also afraid of intermitten problem. Now just wait for the problem to happen again. Going Hatyai next week, better hope no need to tow back.

Now that you mentioned, the C40 code might be from a previous issue. I tried shorting my clutch switch before to see how the bike will feel like at fail safe mode. It should give a C40 code. Maybe the C40 code is from before. So it could just be the secondary throttle valve issue. Luckily Ah Beng told me can be repaired else have to change the whole throttle body.

Now I'm hoping it just a one time problem or could be some adjustment needed, like throttle body sycronising. Double haiz.....

It in KM.

Fuel consumption can range from 15km/l to 20km/l depending on how you ride. I would say city riding is around 16km/l. Full tank is 21L and reserve light on at 16L.

Hey guys, need some advice here to solve this mystery..

I've been facing a 'handlebar wobbling' problem ever since I got my bike.. Bike shakes badly when I reach the speed between 80-100km/h..

I've just replaced my cone bearings, wheel bearings, fork rebuild, rim pressed (cos is very slightly uneven).. Tried out the ride just now, the wobbling had minimized but I could STILL feel it shaking..

1) I'm hoping my bike frame is still straight!

2) Tyre is a little old, has it got to do with this?

3) Stock damper is leaking, does it affects?

Does anyone had encountered this problem before or what are your opinions?

check for tire warp, and maybe the balancing is out?
