my fren cant make it to blade on sunday, says she still feel back ache aft all the falling last week.

 

so is the outing still on? i dnt mind skating along the path

at ECP i presume?? u got my hp no.. i am intrested.. but tell me 1 day in advanced so i can bring my blades to work the next day..

I dunno abt Ultra wheels, but I got my roller blade buckle changed at the skate shop next to 7-11 at ECP.

Today's weather really weird. Rain den stop but rain again after tat. In the end din go..sign..

IMHO evening to night is the best time ...cooling

yeah, finally went on the jogging/cycling track on in east coast liao, everyting went smoothly & its only my 5th time blading

 

my fren say i improve very fast, able to catch up with him since he nvr lost sight of him whenever he turn back.

 

but sad thing is tht i still cant stop properly, ytd have to bang into a wall jus in order to stop had a big fall also but tht one totally my fault, the gal too pretty liao lah, distracted & lost my balance

it was raining on sat man !

 

but i was there skating on & off from 1pm till about 6pm.. had quite a good work out

 

if u want i can teach u how to brake properly... no fees involved so dun worry..

 

yes there are plenty of babes there..

sun was quite ok lah but got some parts still wet.

 

yah, i had a gd workout too, haha, woke up tis morning whole butt pain.

 

i can brake a bit but i cant come to a full stop when needed (nearly went over a couple who tripped in front of me cause of tht). saw some pple actually turn 180 degrees to stop, quite effective.
