You go malaysia at ahgua lane,pay 30 ringgit,they will cut your exhaust and stomach and burn away all the carbon.or you could do it manually.at high speed wacking.hehehe:angel:

yeah at jb only charge between 30-35 ringgit. spore maybe charge $30 i ever asked before

do u require the use of blowtorch to do it manually?

no bro..i look at how my mechanic do it...dismantle the pipe including the silencer...

 

use a wire brush to scrap the silencer

 

use thin metal pole to scrap the inside part of the pipe...

 

the process is scrapping, follow by hammer knocking at the side (cover ur pipe with thick cloth) and hitting in on e ground (cover the ground with thick cloth)..all the carbon would come out.

 

thats how i see my mechanic do it (mine is an RXK bike, not sure bout urs)

bro, as i say mine is the old skool ahpek bike..can knock2 hit hit..i'm not sure if other shop does the "delicate" way.

 

but its good u see wat the mechanic does when u ask them to decarbonize for you...if you tink u can do it...than it will save u a bucks...

Decarbonize dun need to open up .. open up mean modifiled liao..dun give wrong infor..and AGL for decarbonize 30 - 35 ringgit or singapore $$?which shop u go?so cheap?I dun know how others do it..but i know in jb all use high heat to heat the pipe..den use a strong blower to blow out all the unwanted carbon.. Its not so easy to do ourself.. I do it 60 ringgit and everything is done and good

if want to properly decarbonise best is to cut open it. if not juz whack ure bike at high speed. im not satisfied at how ah gua lane decarbonise pipe. nuff said.

i found a better place to decarbonise and weld back sui sui. can even do it till cant really see it's been cut open =)
