Hmm, this i not really sure cause i never use 415 chain and sprocket. Just a quick question, whats the difference between 415 and the normal ones?

415 chain = lighter, more responsive, higher wear and tear rate

when riding at higher speed u can somehow feel your bike seems lighter compared to the stock 428 chain..

428 chains are more lasting but heavier..

415 is the so-called racing chain..

High wear and tear means more $$$. Looks like i'm going to stay away from that.

Not forgeting another new set of racing footrest cause the ones you use for your drum brakes are not suitable for disc brake. Not forgeting changing your speedo cable to 125Z type as our normal spark speedo cable cannot be fitted onto the 125Z front rim hub.

The actual cost in malaysia i'm not sure. I did mine in SG @ 219 motorshop and it cost me ard $580 (Rims, Racing Footrest, Rear brake disc setup)

Hope my information can be helpful to you. :thumb:

that time i ask 1 shop only disc brake convertion cost $600 without racing footrest ..........may i knw 219 motorshop near where ???

219 motorshop is at jalan besar there. On the way to ah boy that road. Its on the left. Btw, which shop quote you $600 and what kind of disc brake they give you?

Yes sparkz83, racing footrest and rear disc brake conversion is an illgeal modification. But so far the TP that stop me didnt say anything and hopefully they will not say anything. But one thing is for sure, your bike will not pass an inspection.

I not sure how much but they can do it for you. Btw, you bought your spark 1st hand or 2nd hand?

This thread actually quite inactive. If possible maybe we can organise a small meet up first before planning a big one. =)

Hi guys,

I am looking for a bracket to fit my Wave S. I have a Givi Maxia with base but no bracket... anyone know where I can get the bracket?

Or is anyone selling a used one so I can save some money? I have a normal bracket and box which I am willing to trade.

Kindly PM me. Many thanks!
