and i would say it's lucky that the ROV caught you for riding without lic, and riding a laid up bike with no insurance, no road tax ...

 

 

If it is like what it was indicated i think u don even need a lawyer to fight for u coz even if u find the best lawyer also cannot help u...

if you have been riding without licence. clear cut, even the best lawyers like QC also cannot help you. furthermore it seems like there are 2 other offences of not having road tax and insurance. i think, better just face the music and repent before the judge. maybe judge will give lighter sentence. fight for case , later judge du lan, give heavier sentence and waste alot of money with expensive lawyers who i don't think can help very much. not say kill someone still can plead for manslaughter, insanity, self defence or being provoked. here, it is very clear. unless maybe you have a foreign licence la, then can try. but i think no use also la. if you really want to,you can try law firm lee and lee. famous one. think everyone knows. related with the most famous lee in singapore.

You are under probation and you got yourself into another trouble. Chances are, your previous offence will be brought up again when the judge see you in court. It will also carry weight on your new offence.

Just plead guilty and repent before the judge. No lawyer will be able to help you because the case is simply too clear-cut. You broke the law, got into probation, and broke the law again. I don't think the judge will be lenient on a repeat offender like you. Treat this as a lesson.

Honestly all you can do now is talk to ur probation officer AS WELL AS the IO in charge of the case. Only these 2 ppl are able to play a part in ur sentence... Build a good relationship with them (hopefully u have enough time) and talk to them to come up with different solutions on how to help ur case. I'm not trying to add fuel to the fire or make u feel more f****d up but u have to prepare urself for a jail sentence of between 1-3 months in the worst case scenario. Remember im NOT trying to curse u or wat but this is reality and having a mentally prepared mind will help out alot especially when the unexpected happens.

Actually, I'm wondering why illusion is so suay to meet ROV the very next day he rode. Was the ROV looking for him? Was his bike special in some way?
