Courts :Court 4 ($8.25/hr)

Only diff I felt was shoulder and forearm abit "swan" only, and not the painful until cannot use to lift things type of pain and next day night ok liao.

Motorcyclist are the nicest people on the road, try not to kill us.

not really pain la, is swan... haha, tts wad happen wen didnt warm down... jt of coz u dun haf u hav been exercising regularly... u try 2 yrs no exercise den go play w/t warm up n dwn n try c wad happens :angel: our bones old liao haha

Same here. I think I'm the one that is most out of shape. Only played like 15 mins, ache until ytd. Jialat. Haha!

 

Oh ya, met a new PK today at UM called theChosenx, I think, jioed him to come along this Friday.

Aiya, me old man and with all the old injuries that weren't healed properly, plus no exercise for so long liao, sure jialat lah! Doctor asked me to continue as it'll get better.

 

Oh jt, did you try to book any other badminton hall? Or you wanna to carry on booking at Arena?

Hee! Hee! Last week I also didn't know how to go, if JTZX confirms it is at the Arena, then very easy, the Arena is across the road from OCS (SAFTI MI).

Motorcyclist are the nicest people on the road, try not to kill us.
