Hahaha, u can just ask him... "Have you ridden a hornet 250???" If not, ask him keep quiet..most of them here who rode the h250 have no complaints...... Alot of ppl and mechanix says all this crap.. Even if you ask him if a 400cc is good, he will also tell u get a 600cc better.. same thingy..

seriously.. underpower ? when compared to wat ? compare it to wave lor.. sure overpowered mah.. its the law of relativity..

 

so he brought out the kawa for discussion.. dun 4get the hornet is a honda.. look at all those cbr n rvf still runnin abt.. tok abt honda reliability..

 

as for high speed.. i can hit 160.. though i read the hornet can hit 180.. but my point is the hornet is capable of high speed cruising..

 

anyway i seldom believe wat ppl at the bike shop tell me.. i prefer sourcin for info online.. or get reviews from mags..

juz dat hornet 250 p/u mayb abit weak.. due to the cc per cylinder..

the rest shld b ok... but dun ever compare wif sport bike.... any 2A sport bike inline 4

can izzily come close to my rappy top spd...

I am looking for one... but 5k leh... out of my budget for now. Must wait a few months later... now can't find reloan also, must wait a few months later than go working liao. Lun a while... just a little bit more...macham running 2.4k, now at 2.2 liao:sweat:

 

By the way, comparing s4 and H250 parts, I expect Hornet 250 to be more ex, but how much more? Let use a rectifier for example. Chain, spark plug are common parts so can't compare, but rectifier should be more specific...

U sure it's 4-5 yrs meh?? I think it goes back longer than that... both of us and RedAlert was on S4 and either U or RedAlert kept complaining yr S4 no power and we even exchange bike to test power. It was indeed lack of power and ever ready to hit the red zone If my memory don't fails me.. that was back in 98.... Darn! That's too long ago... hehehe
