As with all terrorist acts, they serve to destabilise the govt to further their separatist agenda. And long as lives are lost and fear is instilled they can claim success.

I think it would be good to show the thais our support by flocking to hatyai at this time :cheer:

people's lives are so readily taken away.. blasts, natural disasters,accidents.. in the past it was "what! 1000 people killed?!", now it's "wow.. lucky thing only 1000 people are killed".

kind of sad actually.

Have not met any difficulties so far with regard to parts replacement, but then again, haven't had any major parts break down on me that requires replacement. The usual stuff like oil-filter, spark-plugs, etc. are not a problem, very generic. The slightly more bike-specific stuff like braided brake lines, huggers etc. you can source from our friendly hornet's nest parts-&-accessories representative, Motrax33. Since the Hornet900 is popular in Europe, you'll find that almost all accessory-makers have specific-model accessories for it, eg. crash-bars, pannier-mounts, fairings, exhausts. The rest of the accessories, like wind-shields, blah blah, are usually naked-bike generic, eg. Givi Airstar-range of windshields, etc.

Hi all, I'm planning to get a hornet 900 so wanna ask about the maintenance and fuel consumption.

What the mileage for 1 litre of petrol?

Thanks for reply

About 17 km/litre for mine...

and if box looks weird, get side-panniers. Givi and Hepco-Becker have hornet900-specific frame-mounts.

Hi,

i'm riding a hornet 250 myself.. regards to accessories for this bike..,

quite a rarity - juz ask those 250 riders. Though i really prefer the superbly

smoooth hornet250 engine (its very revvy, btw :thumb: ).., low road tax(only $96/yr!), low insurance, engine oil change(only 2.7l), blah blah.. i'm thinkin of upgrading to a

hornet 900. (reallly love the looks of a hornet! :bouncefire: )

Btw, is Motoworld Hornet900-friendly?

Hornet 900 's a EFI bike, any tips on maintaining this fireblade engine?

how's the oil change like?

Killer looks! :bouncefire:

nothing to maintain on efi.

not sure what kind of accesories u are talking about. but if u are talking about those for cosmetics stuffs, a bit on the hard side but there's always motrax33 in the nest.

if u are talking about givi box, rack and crash bars, -chiap lee has them.

motoworld will most likely obliged to your orders as well.

if u are looking for road legal aftermarket cans, be prepare to pay. most bikes fit one, but the h9 needs 2.... :shades:
